3 INTERNSHIPS SUMMER 2016 ACCOUNTING & FINANCE INTERNSHIP (UNDERGRAD) We are seeking juniors majoring in accounting or finance with a strong analytical mindset. Under the supervision of a Finance Manager, interns will financial analyses to support and measure business unit results. In this role, you will work independently and interact with regional and business group contacts to assist in the planning and analysis of quarterly forecasts and profit plans, monthly financial results and key financial targets. This internship is located in our Power Solutions business in Milwaukee, WI. GLOBAL INNOVATION INTERNSHIP (MBA) Innovation Engine for Growth (ie4g) is the primary catalyst for building an enterprisewide innovation culture, enriched with the required competencies to meet our long-term growth objectives. This program is targeted for first-year MBA students with three to five years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or venture capital /private equities. Familiarity with technology, innovation and start-up culture is a bonus. Leverage your expertise to identify and develop new growth opportunities, both from an enterprise-wide perspective as well as for business unit growth initiatives in the areas of business transformation, innovation and brand marketing.

4 EARLY CAREER ROLES ACCOUNTING & FINANCE ROTATION PROGRAM An exciting two and a half year accounting and finance rotational leadership program is designed to develop future leaders of Johnson Controls. This program is for graduating seniors with majors in accounting or finance to support our Building Efficiency business. How does the program work? Participants are assigned five, six-month rotations with defined roles in challenging and diverse assignments. Most candidates perform three to four rotations of the five rotations in Milwaukee, WI. The remaining assignments will be at other Johnson Controls facilities in the U.S. or abroad. Rotations include general accounting, financial planning and analysis, global manufacturing and technology, strategic pricing, and internal audit all key skills you will need to be a successful leader in this highly competitive function.
