This wording should refer also to confirm that either one or more Distribution Connection Agreements OR connection offers have been entered into. This field displays a Y or N, but these are not related to whether a Connection Agreement has been uploaded. This is functionality that should appear only on prequalification results day and should not be visible at this time It is not clear what documentary evidence is required to support the Relevant Planning Consents The rules appear to specify that generating units using Average Highest Output for calculating connection capacity should calculate the capacity in MWh Enter the Date manually and not by using the calendar functionality. The date format used should be DD/MM/YYYY Users should tick this box if they have either a Distribution Connection Agreement or a connection offer. Any connection offer should be uploaded in the functionality provided to upload the connection agreement. Ignore the information presented as it is not accurate. Date Range for Historic The system indicates that the date range for Historic data should be specified if it is from a period of time that is not the two years preceding this prequalification period, whereas the Rules require all Existing Generators to specify the 24 month period. Date Range for Historic CMU name Submission of What date range should be stated for Generating CMU that has not been operational for a full 24 months. i.e. one that has only been commissioned for 6 months? If a CMU name contains hyphens - e.g. ABCD-1 then when creating an the system ignores the hyphen and any following characters when creating an ID. If therefore you have 2 CMUs labelled ABCD-1 and ABCD-2 both will appear as ABCD on the landing page. If a user submits an application and then changes the CMU information, the submitted will not be automatically updated. For Generating CMUs who have been operational for less than 24 months they should specify the date range of the most recent period of operation in which the highest 3 settlement periods occurred. (ie a period that is less than 24 months but which covers the period of operation and hence the 3 highest settlement period)s Do not use hyphens - in CMU IDs. An underscore _ may be used as an alternative. If a hyphen has been used, Users can use other data which is unique on the landing page, such as the ID to distinguish the data sets. If, once a user has submitted an application, they need to change the CMU information, the user should first withdraw the application and then update the CMU information. Once the CMU is updated, reopen the application and check the correct information is shown. Once complete the application should be resubmitted. Page 3 of 5
