WestJet has made the decision to limit some Origin/Destination pairings from displaying in SIREV. As WestJet s flight network is very extensive, if WestJet was to add all of WestJet s origins and destinations to into SIREV, it would be very difficult to maintain accuracy. Pre-reserved seating Contact the WestJet call centre after making the booking to pre-reserve seats Redemption of WestJet Dollars WestJet Dollars are accepted on WestJet bookings. The redemption of WestJet Dollars is available through the WestJet Call Centre only. If WestJet Dollars is used as a FOP towards a portion of the WestJet booking, the WestJet Dollars portion is not commissionable WestJet ID A guest s WestJet ID is limited to one WestJet ID per booking (typically the lead traveller) even if multiple entries are allowed *this is available if TA logins to http://staging.westjet.com/vacations/en/home.sh tml (SIREV s white label site) Cancel booking Cancellations can be done on Revnet, SIREV or through the WestJet call centre. Bookings must be made through the WestJet call centre Download electronic itinerary (edocs) edocs can be downloaded through Sirev.com or agent.westjetvacations.com. Sign in and click on electronic document on the left side menu to download the edocs. edocs are available in French and/or English and are emailed as per the agency s preference Group quote and booking Please submit a quote online or call into the WestJet call centre To submit a quote, go to: westjet.com > Travel Info> Groups > WestJet package bookings > Request a Group Quote and you will receive a quote via email within five business days. Date of Birth on bookings DOB is a mandatory requirement due to TSA regulations. Any flights that fly over US airspace must have DOB on all documents (for adults, children and infants) Since majority of WestJet Vacation packages fly into or over US air space, CORRECT DOB is mandatory on all bookings

Call Centre westjetacations.com* BOOKING FUNCTIONS Secure Flight (See booking instructions at the end of this document for Revnet) In order to meet TSA Secure Flight requirements, WestJet collects guest full names, date of birth, gender, and redress numbers if applicable View Booking Regardless of booking channel, TA Bookings can be viewed in Revnet as long as the booking is associated with the agency s phone number SIREV can view TA bookings only if the booking is associated with the agency s number and is made on either SIREV or Revnet only Connection details Connection details can be viewed in Revnet Commission WestJet packages are commissionable regardless of which channel bookings are made through X X X X

SIREV/ Sabre & Galileo / Call Centre westjetacations.com* PRODUCT INFO/ROOM REQUESTS/SPECIAL NEEDS Product Info Full hotel/product information is available on SIREV: This displays the full content page for the hotel including images, location, room categories, etc. A link to this page can be sent by email from the bottom of the SIREV page. SIREV also displays Google maps for each hotel s location. WestJet website integrates WestJet with westjet.com, allowing for a better online experience and offers a wide variety of tools that can be used to research destinations, in both English and French. WestJet Vacation has also added new features such as destination guides, hotel guides, a hotel comparison tool, videos, updated destination and hotel images and user reviews. This can be accessed via WestJet.com by clicking on the tab Special requests To add requests such as bedding/smoking preferences SSR codes To add SSR codes for special requests, please contact WestJet call center X X X Special Needs To accommodate guests with special needs (wheelchair applicable rooms, transfers etc.) please contact WestJet to have the request added at the time of booking as some services require extra time to arrange *please note: WestJet.com is referring to our consumer site. WestJet Secure Flight changes on SIREV and Revnet In order to meet TSA Secure Flight requirements, WestJet collects guest full names, dates of birth, gender, and redress numbers if applicable. The following instructions below detail fields and formats for collection of this data on RevNet and secure flight display on SIREV. Complete the guest information screen using the following formats on Revnet: 1. Guest Name: Full name as it appears on the individual s travel identification documents (ie passport) o o Format if guest does not have a middle name: LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME Format if guest has a middle name or middle initial: LASTNAME/MIDDLENAME/FIRSTNAME 2. Date of birth: Accurate date of birth is required for all guests at time of booking o Format: DDMMMYY 3. Gender: Gender is required for all guests at time of booking o Format: M for male or F for female

If the guest has a Redress number, enter R at the bottom of the screen to continue to the Remarks screen 4. Redress: If the guest has a redress number, enter the number redress number in the REDRESS NO. field o Format: 13 digit alpha numeric o If you determine after the time of booking that a guest has a redress number, please contact the WestJet Call Centre to provide the redress number. 5. Remarks can be added on a per passenger basis. Accepted remark codes can be found by accessing the help functionality o Enter * in the field provided o Note that not all remarks are used by WestJet

Secure Flight on SIREV: 1. Guest Name: Full name as it appears on the individual s travel identification documents (ie passport) 2. Date of birth: Accurate date of birth is required for all guests at time of booking 3. Gender: Gender is required for all guests at time of booking. This is mandatory under the Title field 4. If the guest has a Redress number, enter the 13-digit number in the field provided. o If the redress number need to be added post booking, please contact the WestJet Call Centre.
