Advances in our technology include new standardized modular heat treating equipment such as, the InductoScan system with PC HMI/PLC program storage and touch screen controls. InductoScan heat treating equipment gives you the most flexible heat treating solution for today's needs, and as tomorrow's business changes, our standardized modules can be reconfigured to match your future production needs. Many metals require heating and/or heat treating to achieve their optimum physical properties. Our focus is to lead the market in quality heating and heat treating equipment by providing flexible and innovative systems for long-life performance. Since 1972, Inductoheat has continued to develop the design and manufacture of field proven power supplies. By providing efficient, controlled and accurately focused ideas, we make a valuable contribution to a diverse range of industrial processes. Our power supplies have the latest electronics and inverter technology circuitry. The ultimate power supplies tailored to your application; Hardening Tempering Annealing Tube heating Strip & Wire heating Gear heating Forge heating Low-frequency Shrink-fitting Bonding & Curing We offer an extensive collection of power supplies ranging from 5 kw - 3 MW. A wide variety of heating coils can be properly matched to these power supplies to meet your specific needs. Modular machines mean they can perform various heat treating applications, such as; scan, single-shot, lift/rotate, pick & place, rotary index and linear transfer. Simply connect three phase 480 V input power, cooling water and heating coil and you re ready to begin heating. Inductoheat induction heating equipment is a sure formula for low cost and efficient production requirements. Heavy-duty twin chain tractor in-feed drive Rapid start Heavy duty design Standby hold circuitry HAZ Control Technology Inductoheat's new InductoForge modular billet heating system is a revolutionary product for the forging industry. The flexible modular design allows the forge shop to assemble an induction system that exactly matches its application requirements by allowing the addition or subtraction of power modules for future production needs. Inductoheat s uses (Heat Affected Zone technology) HAZ Control Technology to accurately control and automatically set-up a heating profile for the InductoForge billet heater to provide uniformly heated billets. The InductoForge system uses 500kW power modules that are capable of running at a wide range of frequencies (500Hz to 6000Hz). Each module is individually controlled resulting in a much finer and more accurate control of the billet temperature. In addition, this advanced technology allows for efficient heating over a wide range of billet diameters using a single size heavy-duty coil. A significant advantage of this innovative technology is reduced energy, utility and operating costs, ultimately increasing your productivity and profitability. Ross Line Frequency System Inductoheat manufactures heating equipment for an array of applications for the electric motor industry. Our experienced engineers design custom units for varnish and epoxy curing, lamination preheat for die casting and bluing, wire stripping, bond breaking, shaft shrink fit, bearing hardener, motor frame disassembly and more. A NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCED IN 2006 is the ROSS line frequency systems. These systems offer interchangeable tooling packages that use 60Hz to heat stators, rotors, housings, armatures, gears, bearings, small crankshafts, DC armatures, vibration dampers, tube, pipe and more. This unit is ideal for high volume production or rapid prototype work. Lower your manufacturing costs by utilizing a fraction of the floor space and energy. * Add 500kW modules Bar & Bar end heating * Add 500kW modules Billet & bar heating Warm forming Bar end heating Armatures Differential ring gears Flywheel ring gears Motor rotors Stators

Retrofit portions of high speed in-line annealing systems for copper tubing are energy efficient and are designed for operation in an inert gas. For 8 or shorter lengths of tube, inductoheat offers quench and temper lines for automotive, oil and gas, and special applications. Inductoheat, along with it s sister company Thermatool, offer a variety of induction heating systems for the pipe and tube industry. While Thermatool focuses on the tube and pipe producers, Inductoheat offers induction equipment for a variety of finishing applications. When forming or swaging tube or pipe, the annealing and/or stress relieving processes enhance your product properties by removing the residual stresses associated with these processes. Induction tube annealing equipment ranges from standalone units that anneal small tube sections, to system designed for integration into existing lines. For copper producers a variety of feeder systems for the annealing process are available, including basket to basket, basket to layer-wound pack or cut length bundle, and capillary tube spool to spool. Our metallurgical, technical and product expertise assure reliable and efficient performance when dealing with customized heating and specialized heat treating applications. Strip heating Non-rotational crankshaft heating Fillet hardening Titanium heating Semi-solid heating Large gear heating Laboratory applications Aluminum reheating Cylinder liner heating Pinion heating Small suscepetor Additional induction process include: Heating for bending End upset Surface or through hardening Thermal curing of paint, plastics and other coatings ROSS line frequency systems offer FluxManager technology enabling deep heating, uniform temperature profile & achieves rapid stress relieving.
