The Lycée became mixed in 1969, and then receives girls from the Lycée Balzac (High School for Girls). By decree of 15 December 1888, the high school tooks the name of Lycée Descartes. It appears in the general inventory of cultural heritage.
Access to TOURS From CDG airport: direct TGV train or RER line B to gard du Nord (RER/metro) and line 4 to Montparnasse station. TGV to Tours/Saint Pierre des Corps (1 hour) From Orly airport: Orlyval, connection at Antony for RER line B to Massy (RER/TGV) and TGV to Saint-Pierre des Corps (50 min).
