Who can go on a student exchange - application? Deadline 20/11/2015 13.00: 1. Application form 3 destinations 2. Motivation letter (min. 200 max. 500 words in French, English, German, or Spanish (depending of the destination) 3. Proposal Learning agreement 4. Print ISP and study results Attention: Incomplete files will not be handled!
Who can go on a student exchange - selection? Selection criteria: - Diploma percentage - Bonus knowledge languages - Bonus motivation letter/la Ranking en selection after 20 November Announcement in December target date 10/12 Second round (if applicable) Deadline second round 19/02/2016 Final allocation after the exam period in June or September
Who can go on a student exchange - courses? Is the destination interesting for your study field? Assemble a provisional Learning agreement in cooperation with the academic responsible and the international office. At the host institution you follow a by KU Leuven approved full-time study programme. The approved courses from the host institution will become part of your curriculum. A database of courses is available on Toledo Check the presentation and follow the session LA for Dummies (+Toledo)

Selected what next? Keep on studying and pass your exams! Further registration and administrative procedure by the international office of your campus Extended master registration and enrollment Administrative cost of 70 Euro to pay at the International Office of the campus (the fee is reimbursed unless you decide not to go on an exchange or don t fulfill the condition of a final report)
Selected Final allocation? Bachelor Final allocation after the exam in September on condition of max. 72 SP to do in the Bachelor (or after JUNE if the academic year of the partner institution starts sooner then the September exams) Extended Master Final allocation in June or September (similar to Bach) on condition of max. 12 SP to do of the 60SP of the regular KU Leuven master
Selected focus points? Some partner institutions start sooner with their academic year => consequences! Be aware with premature booking of flights and accommodation (here and abroad) Additional requirements of the partner institutions e.g. Grades, languages, etc. Number of students/destination toledo community (from 13/10) You follow a fixed study programme
