In order to foster this competence we have designed a training program called The T.E.B. Training Entrepreneurial Behaviour. The TEB is a unique combination of grounded action based research and professional training approaches that offer participants/organizations revealing experiences and interventions. During this workshop the participants will experience the process of discovering their own entrepreneurial behavior by starting from their motivation (drive) and focusing on their attitude, skills and barely touching on knowledge. At the end of the workshop, the participants will discover that behaving in an entrepreneurial manner can be done by each of us, in our own way.
