Nur Energie is a solar power plant developer and operator in the Mediterranean region. It deploys photovoltaic (PV), concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) and solar thermal (CSP) technologies, matching the optimal technology to each individual location in order to maximise electricity output at each site. Assisting with creating a business plan for the sub-marine cable of the TuNur project linking between Tunisia and Italy; Developing business plans for different PV projects in Tunisia; Collecting data and developing a technical and economic model for the interconnection between Tunisia and Italy. February September, 2012 Diploma thesis at RWE Deutschland AG with collaboration of DESERTEC Industrial Initiative (Dii) internship program in Essen, Germany. Grid model and evaluation and new technologies departments: Analysing the Tunisian transmission grid technically and economically with the integration of renewable energies and smart grid technology (Demand Side Management).
