To create a new project, click and Project: In the screen Project Builder enter in the field Project Def. make sure that you enter your number for ###. For instance enter 003 if your number is 003. PS 2: Create WBS Elements Exercise Use the SAP Easy Access Menu to create WBS elements. Task In the Project Builder create WBS-Elements for your previously created project. To create a project, follow the menu path in the SAP Easy Access Menu: Logistics Project System Project Project Builder In the Project Builder chose your previously created project from the project structure in the area Last Projects Processed. Therefore click on Development Ultralight ###(I). To create a WBS-Element chose from the area Overview(s) of the corresponding project. Chose: Edit Menu Status Release. Use the Save Button to save your entries. The system will give a success message that the status was released saying. Name (Position) Jermain Kumins To analyze the project structure, follow the menu path: Logistics Project System Information System Structures Structure Overview If it is prompted, enter GL01000 and confirm with Enter. In the selection window use for project and leave the other fields as they are. GL01000 Chose the Execute Button to execute the report. In the Project Info System: Structure Overview you can display single project elements. Using this report, project structures and dates as well as costs can be evaluated.
