1. Scope of our services This document describes Accenture s Microsoft Dynamics Cloud Services and should be read in conjunction with the associated Government Cloud IV Services documentation. Accenture provides services across the whole Microsoft Dynamics Cloud lifecycle, covering both Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX (ERP). These services include: Strategy. Help define a strategy for transition to MS Dynamics. This can include business case development and TCO analysis. Implementation. Provide resources to help setup, configure and integrate the environment and deploy this into the organisation. This will include the migration of any data from an existing CRM or ERP application (if applicable). Governance and Operating Model Definition. Define processes for MS Dynamics usage and management. Ensure controls are in place and roles are well defined to help manage the MS Dynamics environment(s) and ensure cost effective usage. 2. Approach Our approach is based on the field tested Accenture Delivery Methodology (ADM). ADM includes a series of toolkits and templates for all phases of the project, developed, tested and refined with clients in a wide range of industries. Our methodology for SaaS based implementations includes different approaches that can be utilised depending on the specific implementation - such as our agile approach utilising sprints or using pilots for SaaS projects. The following outlines the process for a Microsoft Implementation. Timelines will vary and will depend on the scope of the Services. For SaaS implementations Accenture predominantly uses an agile methodology as shown below: SaaS Implementation Methodology Part of this approach includes a unique approach that Accenture has adopted called the Conference Room Pilot Approach, which runs a number of specially designed sessions as part of the sprints shown above. The sessions help confirm that business requirements are constantly in focus and that feedback on development can be provided immediately (for point and click changes) or at the next session for custom development components. Different sessions are split across 3 main phases with different focus per session.
