3 1. Scope of our services This document describes Accenture and Avanade s Azure Cloud Services, and should be read in conjunction with the associated Government Cloud III Services documentation. These services are provided through the Accenture Cloud Platform (ACP), providing enterprise-ready cloud services for clients. ACP is described in more detail within Accenture s IaaS Services. The Accenture Azure Cloud Services provide services and capabilities to support the application development for solutions developed on the Windows Azure platform. The services include the following: Cloud application assessment services. Consulting services to evaluate applications and workloads to determine suitability for the cloud and alignment with business objectives. Cloud application proof of concept development. Consulting services to work with teams to develop / collect requirements of the application and develop a proof of concept (PoC) to test key functionality or technical feasibility. Cloud application development and application migration services. Consulting services to design, build, test and deploy new applications for the cloud. Provide services to move applications from legacy environments to the cloud to leverage low-cost, low-touch cloud environments. Cloud application management services. Outsourcing services to manage deployed applications in the cloud. Gather and assess functional and non-functional requirements to build or migrate an application to the cloud. Cloud Application Proof of Concept (PoC) Take select requirements of the application and develop a PoC to test key functionality or technical feasibility. Outcomes Accenture Azure Cloud Services provides expertise and services to enable customers to quickly build, deploy and manage applications across a global network of Microsoft-managed data centers. Working with Accenture and Avanade, customers can build applications using any language, tool or framework, as well as integrate public cloud applications with their existing IT environment. Accenture and Avanade s application services for the Microsoft Windows Azure platform provides customers with deep expertise with application development and management services. Through Accenture and Avanade the Windows Azure service provides access to: End to end cloud services True pay as you go model Security and Compliance assurance Enterprise terms and conditions With applications hosted in the Microsoft Azure platform, customers are provided a number of key service features including: Automated, consistent application updates Automated, consistent configuration changes Multi instance management Scale out High Availability Automated, consistent OS servicing 5

6 5. Pricing Our unit price of 713 per day represents a blended day rate for systems integration and implementation of Cloud Services. This blend is based on our experience in implementing these kinds of services for customers across industry in the UK. Our commitment is to work with you to define the appropriate scope and deliverables to achieve the desired outcome at the best value for money for you. If the work to deliver the Cloud service is more advisory in nature then our blended rate may increase to 1299 per day or higher. This increase reflects the need for more senior, more experienced staff to be involved in the delivery of these types of service. 6.
