3 High Performance Delivered Global media and entertainment business This global organization, with over 80,000 employees, wanted to enhance its talent management and acquisition processes to build competitive advantage and support continued growth. A key objective was to provide recruiters and hiring managers with greater flexibility and transparency throughout the talent acquisition/ management process. As well as implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting and Succession Planning modules, we provided end-to-end project management, system configuration, data conversion, and technical design/build of integrations, change management, and training material development. Global automotive manufacturer and supplier With nearly 13,000 employees worldwide, this company wanted to in-source its recruiting process. We supported the SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation and led the upgrade of the existing SuccessFactors environment to the new Revolution user interface. As well as leading the system and integration design and build, we also provided a business case for enabling the recruiting process using SuccessFactors. Our successful implementation ensured the active involvement of hiring managers, HR generalists, the compensation team and the recruiting organization. All stages of the candidate selection process are now supported within the system. Final ratings and selection decisions for each candidate are captured within SuccessFactors and made transparent to everyone involved. AngloGold Ashanti AngloGold Ashanti, one of the world s leading gold exploration, mining and marketing companies, urgently needed a recruitment system that would enable employees and prospective job candidates to apply for vacancies online. We worked with the company s South African business unit to determine one global recruitment process to which all other operating countries would align in the new global recruiting system. We provided consulting, system implementation and change management services, and leveraged our HCM SaaS cloud methodology. As a result, the company was able to operate as a global business throughout all its operations with a common, standard recruitment process utilizing a single SuccessFactors system. Meggitt PLC Attracting and retaining talent is essential for Meggitt PLC, which specializes in innovative components for extreme environments, and subsystems for aerospace, defense and energy. With an 11,000-strong workforce across Asia, Europe and the Americas, the company wanted to leverage SuccessFactors as its seamless enterprise-level talent information platform from hire to retire. Implemented within a tight timeframe, the solution allows multiple business units to benefit from standardized and highly efficient processes, with a unified and reliable system of records for employee information, and convenient 24/7 access to data in six languages. Timken This leading manufacturer of industrial and automotive components wanted to streamline its HR operations across over 33 countries and enhance services for more than 21,500 employees. With our help, the company implemented SuccessFactors including cloud payroll to standardize, integrate and simplify its HR processes, improve regulatory compliance, enhance employee experience and help reduce administrative costs. The project also included implementing specific functionality to address their large pensioner population.
