Austell seeks to empower graduates through an intensive learning and development programme, geared towards shaping lucrative careers for qualified individuals as Medical Representatives. We are committed to investing in young South African graduates in the context of the current economic environment, and the high unemployment rates associated with the youth in South Africa. WHAT IS THE PROCESS? The programme will take the form of a phased approach. Candidates will receive an invitation to an introduction and screening session. Successful candidates from this session will be invited to a one week short-list phase whereupon those who qualify will be invited to attend a national training workshop. The programme provides graduates with a unique opportunity to develop a full and diversified career at the largest privately owned pharmaceutical company in South Africa. Austell Pharmaceuticals is a performance driven organization with an extreme focus on results in every facet of the business. We strive to ensure that measurements are fair. Appropriate support and mentorship structures are in place for personal growth by means of a holistic development programme spearheaded by the Austell Academy. We believe that ongoing, relevant development is crucial in order to ensure that both personal and company goals and objectives are attained. Leaders

Austell Executives also take a keen and often personal interest in the progress of our graduates. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I AM APPOINTED INTO A PERMANENT POSITION? You will be contractually employed and will receive a comprehensive market related salary and employee benefits. Your development within Austell Pharmaceuticals will be monitored throughout your career by our executive team. Ongoing training and guidance required to enable you to become a professional Medical Representative will be provided.
