INTRODUCTION SPRAY SYSTEMS Purinova Sp. z o.o. is engaged in the manufacture of polyester polyols, polyurethane systems and synthetic esters. The company is located on the premises of the former chemical complex Zachem S.A. in Bydgoszcz, which was involved in the production of polyester polyols as well as polyurethane systems and adhesives for over 30 years. Purinova Sp. z o.o. continues this production, but also develops its own know-how and implements new technologies. Using the knowledge and experience of our technological staff as well as laboratory and research facilities, we are prepared to fulfil orders tailored to the individual needs of our Customers. We continuously develop and our position on the Polish and international markets becomes stronger and stronger. In recent years, two-component spray polyurethane foam has been a very popular and convincing method of thermal insulation. It is fast, durable, easy to apply and, above all, results in insulation of such quality that cannot be found in traditional building insulation methods. 2 3
Processing a two-component PUR system involves the use of special high and low pressure machines. At the site of application, the two components are heated up, mixed and then applied on the selected surfaces under pressure. PRE-INSULATED PIPES Our company offers a wide range of products intended for district heating: Purinova offers its Customers comprehensive services consisting of: selecting a suitable dispensing device choosing the appropriate polyurethane system providing training and broadly understood service Pre-insulated systems for underground and overhead heating networks. Systems for the production of insulation elements made by a traditional moulding method - the so-called slates. In-situ systems for the renovation of existing overhead insulations involving dismantling of old insulation from a steel pipe and covering it with an outer casing and then filling the space with polyurethane foam, using a suitable aggregate. The process is repetitive and is done on site. This solution is also suitable for filling the so-called couplings connecting 6 to 12-meter long pre-insulated elements. PANEL/BLOCK SYSTEMS STRUCTURAL/ MOULDED SYSTEMS Polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) quickly supersede traditional building insulation methods mainly due to their superior insulating properties. All kinds of industrial halls, warehouses, sports facilities as well as private houses are entirely or partly built with composite panels in sheet metal and soft linings. We offer both PUR and PIR systems but we also promote a modern solution with a polyisocyanurate foam core, which is characterised by superior fire resistance as well as temperature and mechanical strength parameters. Regardless of the production technology (continuous, periodic or block type), we offer a full range of products: systems with different densities, systems based on various foaming agents, mixing ratios and flammability classes.
