A WRITTEN WALK THROUGH Access the Virtual walk through on www.timbermoose.com Main Floor, etc. (Part 1) 1) In the EntryThere are 6 chairs, a bench, an end table and a coffee table. 2) To the right of the entrance door is a flight of descending stairs which lead to the basement and the pool area. (Discussed with part 2 of the virtual tour on www.timbermoose.com ) 3) To the left of the entrance door is a short hall way which leads to a flight of 25 ascending stairs leading up to the Grand Room. Also discussed later. 4) Straight in from the Entrance is a beautiful ROUND FIREPLACE. 5) to the left of the round fireplace is a wall mounted TV, a couch and coffee table, a poker table and 4 chairs, a small gas stove and chair, a glass door leading to a the Large Deck, a long bench, pool table, and a Bar w/ sink and 7 bar stools,. 6) To the right of the fireplace, just past the descending staircase, there are 2 single-toilet halfbathrooms (each with toilet and sink only). 7) Beyond the round fireplace is a banquet table with 12 chairs. 7-a) To the left of the banquet table are 3 table-booths w/ benches. 7-b) To the right of the long table are 2 table-booths w/benches. 8) Between the 2 table-booths is an entrance to the KITCHEN. There are 2 island counters with sinks, a full fridge, a full freezer, 2 dish washing machines, 2 ovens, 2 stoves, a microwave, a warming oven, and barstools on one side of each island counter. The cupboards and drawers are stalked with dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. 8-a) On the other side of the Kitchen, there is a U shaped hallway with a table & benches overlooking the Pool on the right side. On the left are 2 couches facing each other with a coffee table in between, and an artist s easel. Past the easel and to the left is a love seat and end table and then a door to the large deck on the left. The deck can also be accessed from the door next to the pool table. 8-a-1) Back to the hallway leading from the kitchen are the glass doors leading to hot tub on the deck on the left. To the right, there is a flight of 15 stairs descending to the pool. 8-b) Coming back towards the Kitchen and before the U shaped hallway there is a door leading to the observation overlook hall above the pool. As per the rental rules, there is to be no jumping into the pool from the overlook. At the end of the hallway is another stair way (with 18 stairs) leading down to the pool. To the right, there is a door leading to the Hallway 9). 8-c) Back to the Kitchen, just to the left of the Fridge & Freezer (which are covered with wood paneling) is a door leading to the main hallway leading to the bedrooms.
9) Back by the Entrance, just past the 2 single half-baths, is a Hallway leading to the bedrooms. This hallway is also accessed from the kitchen (8-c) and the pool over-look hallway (8-b). 9-a) First bedroom on the right (just past the kitchen) is the ASPEN room (#1 on floor plan). It has a King bed, a pull out hide-a-bed couch. There is a wall mounted TV, a night stand by the bed, and a dresser in front of the TV. 9-a-1) Aspen Bathroom, has a tub with a shower, a toilet and sink. 9-c) Across from the Aspen room is a flight of 16 assending stairs. Midway up the stairs is a book case with more than a dozen versions of Don Quixote. At the top of the stairs, the is a landing with a Don Quixote statue. Across the opening by the window is an Over-stuffed leather chair and beyond the chair is a door leading to a small observation deck. 9-c-1 Up 4 stairs from the Don Quixote landing and to the left is the hallway with a chair and end table. At the end of the hall and to the right is the VIEW ROOM (No. 13 on the floor plan). This room is most frequently used as the bridal suite. It has a California King bed, a dresser, love seat and a jetted tub and sink. There are three sliding glass doors leading out to the deck. Past the sink is a shower and toilet and another door leading back out to the hall way, down the stairs to the Don Quixote landing. 9-d) Back down the stairs, and a short distance down the hall from the Aspen Room and to the left is the DEER ROOM. (No. 2 on the floor plans) It is quite small and private with a ½ bath (toilet and sink) a Jetted tub in one corner. The bed is comfortable w/ memory foam. Under the stairs to the left of the bathroom is a clothes closet. 9-d-1) On the far side is a sliding door leading to a small observation deck overlooking the swimming pool and some of the property. Just before the sliding door is an observation window looking over the swimming pool. 9-e) Coming out of the Deer room, but before the stairs leading down, there is a small flight of 8 stairs leading up. This goes to the ELK ROOM. (No. 12 on the floor plan) There is a small kitchenette in this room with a normal size side by side fridge/freezer and a sink. It has a Queen bed, a chest of drawers, a dresser, a fire place, a TV, a couch (the couch is not a hide-a-bed), and a chair. There is a sliding glass door leading out to a small balcony. 9-e-1) The Elk bathroom has a sink, a jetted tub and a toilet. 9-f) Back down the stairs and to the left is a short descending flight of 9 stairs. 9-f-1) at the base of the stairs and to the right is a glass door leading to the outside walkway between the main entrance and the FOREST room outside entrance. 9-g) up one small step is the FOREST ROOM (#3 on floor plan). There is a small gas fireplace (stove type) a King bed, 2 love seats, a coffee table, 2 chairs and a small dresser (2 drawers). This room also has an outside access door leading to the front of the Lodge. 9-g-1) Forest bathroom- has sink, toilet and jetted tub with a wand shower attachment.
9-h) back to the base of the stairs 9-f-1 is another descending set of 7 stairs. These lead to the BEAR SUITE 9-h-1) BEAR SUITE. (NO. 4 on floor plan) King bed, a fire place, a hide-a-bed couch, a wall mounted TV night stand, chair, dresser, and a closet. 9-h-1-a) to the right, down a short hall past the closet is a door that leads to the outside walkway around the pool. 9-h-1-b) Bear bathroom- to the left past the TV is the bathroom. It has a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower. 9-h-1-c) Straight in, past the couch is a bar with 2 stools, down a step is the kitchenette and Washer & Dryer. 9-f-1-c-1) Bear kitchenette sink, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and Straight on through is a door leading to the Pool. 9-g) SWIMMING POOL There are several pool chairs, 3 benches, a water basketball hoop, and towel bars. Access the virtual walk through on www.timbermoose.com Reception Hall, etc. (Part 2) Before starting, use the back arrow key on your keyboard to back out of the front door to get a wonderful view of the front door with the Timber Moose carved on it so fun. 2-a) BACK TO THE ENTRANCE--- TAKING THE 16 STAIRS GOING DOWN JUST RIGHT OF THE FRONT DOOR: to the Basement family room. There is a round game table with chairs, couch, 2 chairs 1 foot rest, coffee table, and a large fireplace. 2-a-1) At the right of the stairs is the Sauna. It has a timer and takes about 15 min. to heat up. 2-a-2) Next to the Sauna is the Women s dressing room with sink, a chair, 2 toilets and a shower. 2-a-3) Across from the sauna and women s dressing room is the Men s dressing room with a sink, 2 toilets, a urinal and a shower. 2-a-4) straight ahead of the stairs is the door to the Swimming Pool. (which is viewed in part one of the virtual tour) 2-b) To the left of the stairs, Past the Family room fireplace, through the door on the left is the children s play room. It has a small table with 4 little chairs, some Lincoln logs, and a few other toys. 2-c) On the other side of the Children s play room to the right is a sink.
2-c-1) Across from the sink is a little Shower room. (used mostly by those in the Large Bunk Room). (Not visible from virtual tour). 2-c-2) At the end of the Sink s is a door leading to a toilet room. (Not visible from virtual tour). 2-d) Past the sink from the Children s play room and going left, and then going straight, is the LARGE BUNK ROOM (No. 11 on the floor plan) with 6 Queen Bunk beds, one chest &7 hooks. Each bed has a headboard area with shelves. Perfect for all of the Granddaughters or Grandsons or close friends to enjoy each other s company. 2-e) Coming out of the Large Bunk Room and back into the little hallway, to the left Down 2 stairs is a short hall with a bench and hooks on the right wall. There is an emergency exit on the left. 2-e-1) Past the bench are 2 hallways. Hallway (2-F) leading to the left, and hallway (2-G) leading to the right. 2-F) Behind the door of the hallway are more hooks. 2-F-1) On the right is a bathroom with a shower/tub, sink & toilet. (this bathroom is used most often by the bunk room and the Lake View Room. 2-F-2 ) Further down the hall, and to the left (you have to enter the Lake View Room on the virtual tour before you see the doorway) is the BUNK ROOM ( (No. 10 on the floor plans) with 4 twin bunk beds and 2 closets, another perfect room for the grandkids, or close friends. 2-f-3) At the end of this hall is the LAKE VIEW ROOM (# 9 on floor plan) Full bed, fireplace, TV, Bar with sink & 2 bar stools. (Bathroom is down the hall.) 2-f-4) Past the bar is an entrance to the CANOE ROOM (#8 on floor Plan). Another entrance is from hall (2-G). Full bed, Pull out bed/couch, chest of drawers, & rocking chair. Bathroom is down the hallway- next door on the left (shared with the Lincoln Room). 2-G) Through the Canoe Room back into Hallway turning left 2-G is: 2-G-1) Lincoln/Canoe Bathroom. Has 2 sinks, tub/ shower, and a toilet. 2-G-2) LINCOLN ROOM (No. 7 on floor plan) King bed, dresser, night stand, pull out couch, coffee table, dresser, TV, Rocking chair, with a door to the bathroom and a door to the hall. Back out into the hallway and to the left past the Lincoln room, is the NEVADA ROOM (No. 6 on floor plan) - King bed, night stand, chest of drawers, pull out bed, end table, chair with foot rest, 2 doors.
2-G) Through the Nevada Room, into the hallway past the bed, to the right and up the 2 stairs is the Game room. Foosball, ping pong, air hockey, 2 couches. There are 3 doors, a door to Pool, a door to Family room, and a door to another hall way down 2 stairs. 2-h-2) Back into the hall and to the right of the stairs is the UTAH ROOM on the left (#5 on floor plan). 4 Queen Bunk beds, dresser, chair with foot rest, Bathroom with sink and toilet, Jetted tub with shower. 2-h-3) Further down the hall to the end, and up 2 steps is the Swimming Pool Room (which is accessed through the virtual tour part one on www.timbermoose.com BACK TO THE ENTRANCE 3-a) Through the doors to the left of the entrance but before the ascending stairs is a hallway leading to a coat rack wall and another door leading to the main porch. In this entrance is a bench, a cupboard, a storage closet and a stack of high chairs. 3-b) Back down the hall to the door off the entrance there is a clock on a table. Just past the table is a flight of 16 stairs leading to the Grand Room. There is a small landing and then there are another 8 stairs leading into the Grand Room. 3-c) Grand room : (about 40 feet by 74 feet) there are 4 sliding patio doors going out to a wraparound L shaped narrow deck ( 2 deck chairs on one side), there is a bar with a double sink, a large fireplace. This is where most groups set up tables and chairs for weddings or business meetings. There is a long Canoe bench which is mostly decoration. This is where the Bounce House is set up, as well. The bounce house cannot be set up when there is a wedding stay. It is so big that it needs to be set up right in the middle of the room, and it is so heavy that it takes several people to move it. It is stored at the opposite end from the fireplace, rolled up and out of the way. There are many outlets around all of the walls. 3-d) Back to the landing and to the left is the Grand bathroom- Informal bathroom with a dividing wall and a toilet and sink on either side of the wall. 3-e) Just to the side of the Bathroom entrance is another ascending flight of 35 winding stairs leading up to the Crows-Nest for a 360* view of the surrounding mountains. 3-f) Crows-Nest has a love seat, 2 chairs, book case, binoculars and a door to a small deck. (3 steps down to the deck) overlooking the lake.
