To: Your Veterinary Hospital Your Client ID: 1234 Your Password: XZY000 Introducing Improved Access to Your Patient Web Results For samples sent on October 1, 2013 or later, access to your patient results is available through a second link on our website www.pclv.net. Results before that time are still available through the original link. Both choices found through the Log-In tab, are Windows based, and offer all the flexibility associated with most Microsoft products. What s New? More Options! Steps for viewing/printing/downloading your results are similar on both locations. Go to the website www.pclv.net and follow the link Log-In. Your browser will immediately open the log-in page for patient results; one for samples before 10/01/13 and one for samples on 10/01/13 or after. 10/1/13 10/1/13 YOUR PERSONAL ACCESS CODE IS THE SAME. Your Client ID continues to be your account number, and your Password remains the same, (a combination of your name and account number), as shown above). QUICK AND EASY 1. Log-in 2. Enter Password 3. Find Patient 4. View, Print, or Download Choose the link associated with the reports you need. Each link (before or after 10/01/13) will take you to the log-in screen where you will enter your user name and password. Enter your client ID and your password exactly as shown above (caps when shown). If you enjoy investigating on your own, proceed to the newer reports. Just one reminder, the browser you use will affect the navigation and choice options you see on website pages. For those who wish introduction, we offer the following detailed information and introduction to the features of the new viewing areas. Log-in to Your New Reports: Enter your user name and password (this field is not case sensitive). Note: Your browser may influence the content and appearance of any web pages. The first view you will encounter is Location Inbox where the Result Reports tab is open by default. From this page you will get a quick overview of the most recent patients reported, partial and complete results. Patients with abnormal results or special priority are highlighted in red. Each page shows 25 entries if you scroll down to the bottom. This can be modified by clicking in the box and replacing 25 with any number of your choosing. Patients are listed in chronological order (abnormal first) with the most recently reported item at the top. The lab order ID is noted blue, a left click on the order ID# provides a drop down box with a number of options. Lab Report is the one available for your use at this time. Other column headings on this page reveal information about each patient entry, as well as an option for downloading the report to ImproMed or VIA software (xml files). XML Downloads: Select download from the patient line. Download reveals the standard window (at the bottom) with options for Open, Save, or Cancel. XML users will choose the save, directing the xml file to a previously set target in their ImproMed or VIA software. If you are new to this or wish more information, please contact our Customer Service Department, or your ImproMed or VIA representative. We are expecting XML files to be available soon for other practice management software systems. Until then, we encourage you to contact your software vendor to request this feature. We will keep you posted as these connections become available. 2
