PROGRAMME Friday, 0 th May Saturday, st May Arrival of delegations Technical Meeting Boys and Girls Individual Competition s Swimming Combined Event Sunday, 0 st June Boys, Girls and mixed Relay s Swimming Combined Event Monday, 0 nd June Departure of Delegations VENUE The competition will be carried out according to the UIPM rules. Shooting: 0 laser targets (PLT Apeom) - CO and compressed air will be available Running: Outdoor track tartan, grass and asphalt Swimming: m indoor pool / 6 lanes ATHLETES LICENSES Athletes are only allowed to participate in UIPM sanctioned events if they have a valid UIPM License ID Number. Entry Forms will not be accepted if any athlete is missing his/her License ID Number. Please contact UIPM Headquarters immediately if your athlete is missing his/her License ID number. If an athlete does not have a UIPM license they will not be allowed to take part in the competition.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS All participants (athletes, coaches and officials) must pay participations fee. The cost of the stay per person per night is 0 EUR. The price includes the full board accommodation, local transportation and entry to the competition and transportation from and to Prague Airport or Prague Central / Holesovice railway station. Please contact directly the hosting NF/LOC to request for accommodation for family and friends wishing to attend the competition. Total cost of stay for your Delegation must be paid by cash to the LOC at the accreditation desk on arrival. ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORT All participants will be accommodated in the Competition Accommodation (Pension Paťanka - near the Juliska Stadium) in double or more bed rooms. CMPA cannot accept responsibility for arranging visas. INSURANCE All members of the attending Delegations must insure themselves in case of accidental injury or illness. The organiser will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for loss, injury or illness of any Delegation member. GENERAL INFORMATION All athletes are kindly requested to wear their official national uniform at the competition. Please also bring a CD of your national anthem. ENTRY FORMS We would appreciate the early confirmation of your intention to participate or not. Please submit your Entry Forms as early as possible.
