Here s how it works: The two fanges are brought together unti their piots meet. Coarse anguar misaignment is corrected unti the hoes in the two fanges are no more than 0,4 mm (0,02 ) out of ine. Two aignment bots are inserted into two diametricay opposite hoes. The tensioners are then used on the aignment bots (once more using the accompanying toos) to expand them, causing a powerfu radia force in the hoes to bring the two fanges into perfect aignment. A four bots are now preoaded, and the nuts tightened to retain this preoad; they camp the couping in the aigned position. The two aignment bots without seeve are inserted into two diametricay opposite hoes 90 apart from the aignment bots. The tensioners are now screwed onto the threads of the tie bots. With the toos furnished as part of the system, they are used to pu the couping piots together unti the fange faces are in metaic contact with each other. The couping is now ready for the instaation of your Supergrip bots, after which the aignment toos can be removed. The couping now remains in perfect aignment unti the next assemby.
