First developments and fabrication of valves for industrial gases and fire suppression. Edgard Schmitz takes over the management of CEODEUX S.A. Development of the first valves for cylinders and carburation valves for Butane-Propane. Jean-Claude Schmitz enters the management of the company and starts an ambitious expansion plan. Creation of a specialized R&D department. Sales start on a European level. ROTAREX goes global. Creation of ROTAREX S.A., regrouping all the companies of the group including the historic Ceodeux.
