WHAT HAVE PEOPLE SAID WHO HAVE DONE IT BEFORE? This plan changed my whole views on food and eating forever. (Weight Loss 7½lbs/ 12 inches) In three weeks I have noticed my skin is much clearer and my hair less greasy. My weight has dropped off gradually and my clothes feel much looser. I am not tired and have lots of energy. (Weight loss 8lbs / 6 inches) This programme has given me so much more than any Slimming or Weight Watchers programme I have followed before. It doesn t take up all your headspace trying to workout how much you ve eaten, treats, etc. This is a much cleaner programme. (Weight Loss 7½lbs / 8½ inches) Because this is NOT a fad diet it works. Daily Workouts These will be YouTube video links, which are both High Impact and Low Impact options so there is a workout suitable for everyone. You will need access to your computer screen / tablet with enough room to move around. The workouts are ONLY 10 minutes long and because of that they will be quite intense. I know time is of the essence in the morning, but ideally this 10 min exercise needs to be done first thing, before breakfast preferably. Cauliflower Carrots Avocado Fats: Use freely to cook with. Ideally use Coconut Oil (can buy from Tesco & Waitrose) to cook with. Flavour your food with olive oil. I d rather you didn t cook with Olive Oil as it goes rancid at high temperatures, but if necessary then do so! Nuts: Go easy on Nuts. Only nuts allowed are: Almonds Macadamia Nuts Carbohydrate: Minimal but you will be allowed Brown Rice & Sweet Potato on certain days. Fruit: Keep away from high sugar fruits. ONLY eat berries/bananas on carb days or after training. Drink: Water - minimum 3 litres (5 ¼ pints) per day Fruit teas When you first read this list you ll start to panic, please don t. There are endless combinations as long as you are cooking completely clean. You will be given a Recipe Ideas Booklet to get you started. You will also find via the Facebook Group other members will come up with food ideas. So Are You Up for It? This all this sounds extremely daunting and scary, however I want to be upfront about the programme. The fact is everyone will be in it together. You will be given daily uploads and motivation on Facebook and a 10 minute HIIT workout will be uploaded via YouTube daily. 5
It s only for 3 weeks and this should hopefully change your way of eating for life. It s not a fad diet or a quick fix. I hope you will learn an awful lot about how your body works and feels with different foods. I need you to be committed 100%. Absolutely everyone who has done this programme with me before have said they would recommend this to their friends. There are NO shakes, NO pills or supplements, NO vitamins, NO weighing of food, NO juicing, etc, it is just good clean healthy food. It takes elements of the Paleo Diet combined with regular exercise. If you are in any way unsure then please consult a doctor prior to starting this programme.
