Days added for LifeStyle 30 Program Morning 1 Active Probiotic 60 ml Aloe Gel + water minimum 8 oz scoops Forever Lite/300 ml natures, juice without sugar or soya milk 60 ml Aloe Gel +water scoops Forever Lite/300 ml natural juice without sugar or soya milk 2 Garcinia Plus (20 minute before Aloe) 60 ml Aloe Gel +water minimum 8 oz 2 Forever Lean before 600 calorie meal. 1 Garcinia + water 1. What you need to know. Before starting those programs you need to drink aloe vera gel and bee pollen for about 2-3 weeks prior to detox and weight loss. So If you never used Aloe Vera Gel by FLP, do not start the program right away. The first step is cleansing of your internal system. You should begin an intake of Aloe Vera Gel taking one table spoon in the morning and in the evening for one week (30 min before meal). Gradually increase the dose to a 100 ml twice a day in the morning and in the evening.
4 This will allow your body to clean itself naturally and avoid any unnecessary discomfort associated with the cleansing process such as nausea, diarrhea or dizziness, or any skin rush. In the absence of regular cleansing your body stores different toxic elements that are hard to digest and when remaining in the body eventually cause various problems and diseases on one hand and prevent effective weight loss on the other. That is why when you start cleansing your organism for the first time you should take it one step at the time. Aloe Vera Gel has several natural qualities that will make your body cleanse itself and will make you feel much healthier. Once you achieved a 100ml twice a day and feel good you may proceed to the weight loss program. Bee Pollen should be taken during that time as well (2 tablets a day). Start ¼ of the tablet 2 times a day, next day ½ of the tablet 2 times a day; then increase up to 2 tablets 2 times a day. 1. Weight loss program consists of 3 steps. First step detoxification. It may take one or two days as per your choice. At that step you should only consume the products that are included in your program: Aloe Vera Gel, Garcinia Plus, Bee Pollen and Lite Ultra shake powder. You should not eat any other food. This is a short period that is necessary to let the program start effectively. On the second and third steps you can eat normal food. We will recommend a menu and make suggestions regarding daily calories intake and choice of food. 2. Morning: Probiotic, Aloe Vera gel, Garcinia Plus, Bee Pollen and Lite Ultra shake powder. Before 12 noon limit yourself to water, natural juices with no sugar or other additives, fruits (except ones high on calories and sugar
5 such as banana, grapes, mango, kiwi, avocado) and vegetables either fresh or cooked, however no salad dressings, oil, fats, coffee or tea. : Garcinia Plus, Aloe Vera Gel Bee Pollen and Lite Ultra shake powder. The best time is 1-2 pm It is recommended to use a principal of separation of carbs and proteins. For example take piece of chicken and salad, or piece of meat and salad, fish and salad, soup, rise with vegetables and so on. Avoid bread with meat or bread and fish, avoid rise with meat or pasta with meat and so on. If your schedule does not permit to have a full lunch then, switch lunch and supper. : Garcinia Plus 20 min, Aloe Vera Gel Bee Pollen 20 more min, Forever Lean and then food such as yogurt, juice, salad or something else low on calories. The total intake of calories a day should not exceed 600 calories. Later in the evening: Garcinia Plus and water. It is recommended that you have at least min break between intake of Garcinia Plus and any food or Forever Lite Ultra shake. 4. If you feel hungry during the day you can eat: apples (preferably green), celery, carrots, cucumbers, peppers (not red) lettuce or other green vegetables. 5. Avoid any sweets and baked goods such as muffins, doughnuts, cakes and even bread. 6. Avoid alcohol. It has many calories and prevents proper cleansing. 7. If you interrupted the program for a while or for example went to the restaurant you should go back to step one for one day in order to keep you original results. 8. More Aloe Vera Gel you consume better weight loss results you will have.
