The slight sweetness is complimented by the crisp acidity & natural spritz from a long cool fermentation. 2010 Heinz Eifel, Spatlese Mosel, Germany $30 These Riesling grapes hang into late autumn and ripen such that they produce a rich, full-bodied wine. Loaded with pear, peach, citrus and apricot flavors. 2007 Dopff & Irion Alsace, France $40 Fresh, with white flowers and slightly mineral. Well balanced with a good acidity. Lemon, grapefruit and green apple aromas and a hint of mineral. 2009 Trefethen, Oak Knoll Napa Valley $42 The sweet scents of jasmine and citrus draw you in, but the palate is wonderfully crisp, dry and refreshing. The flavors of citrus and spice complement the bright acidity for a beautiful finish. 2007 S.A. Prum Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett Mosel, Germany $55 Apricot and honey flavors gain depth from stone and lime notes in this slim, precise white. It's round and lush, yet balanced, if somewhat on the rich, sweet side. 2007 Domaines Schlumberger, Les Princes Abbes Alsace, France $56 A dry, tangy wine, with modest pineapple, tangerine and apricot notes. Shows subtle acidity and balance, with a light, smoke-tinged finish. 2009 Fritz Zimmer, Bernkasteler Kurfurstlay, Spatlese Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany $64 Intense flavors of ripe apples, peach and citrus with beautiful mineral accents. Off-dry, with balanced acidity and exotic fruit on the finish. 2006 Dr. Loosen Urzinger Wurzgarten, Spatlese Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany $84 This wine opens with a cold lemon ice like bouquet with notes of apricot as well. On the palate, this full bodied wine is quite viscous, creamy and nicely balanced. This Chardonnay was fermented in 100% stailess steel and has not seen any oak. This is crisp, concentrated wine with all it's natural acid, exhibits apple, peach and pear with hints of citrus. 2006 Buena Vista Carneros $36 Great aromas of sweet vanilla, mango and pineapple fruit against a creamy, toasty background. On the palate it shows intense apple, vibrant citrus, honeydew and pear notes. 2010 Kim Crawford- Un-oaked Marlborough, New Zealand $38 The nose holds rich butterscotch with hints of ripe stonefruit and citrus. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and balanced acidity. 2009 ZD California $53 Full bodied on the palate from 10 months aging in oak barrels provides flavors of ripe apricot and pineapple. Meursault 1er Cru, Sous Le Dos D'ane Burgundy, France $180 The essence of crushed rocks, with depth drawn from its intense flavors, such as citronella and honey strained through limestone. Fine length and finesse 2005 Moillard, Corton Charlemange Burgundy, France $200 Smooth and buttery, offering baked apple, lemon and mineral flavors with light oak shadings. It's vibrant and lingers nicely. 2001 Domaine Leflaive, Chevalier-Montrachet Burgundy, France $539 Opulent and decadent with a fair amount of oak upon release. A thick Chardonnay that stays on a even keel thanks to its sharp acidity. Blends ripe fruit with mineral, dried herbs, honey & pear tart. Smokey, toasted notes make for a delightful full-bodied wine. Well balanced, crisp and flavorful with clear notes.

2009 Nieto Senetiner, Torrontes Reserva Mendoza, Argentina $34 The nose carries aromas of white flowers combined with herbs, white peaches and citrus notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, well balanced and drinkable. Pairs well with white meats and seafood. 2008 Valley of the Moon, Pinot Blanc Sonoma County $35 Aromas of honeysuckle, guava and Pink Lady apples are accented with hints of mineral and leeched. Sweet honeydew and peach flavors are light and provide good palate coverage. Finishes with a touch of pear skin and repeating melon note. 2008 Chateau De La Galiniere Rose Cotes de Provence $39 A wonderful food friendly rose from the south of France with strawberry, earthy tones, and tobacco. The palate is dry with tart red berry fruit flavors, spice and citrus peel. Crisp, refreshing and light bodied. 2009 Peter Lehmann, Layers Adelaide, Australia $40 Richly perfumed tropical aromas, supported by layers of lemon, peach, dried apricots & green melon on on the palate, with balanced acidity & structure that provides a long, smooth finish. A blend of Semillon, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc & Muscat. 2008/2009 Hendry Rose, Hendry Ranch Napa Valley $41 The sweet scents of jasmine and citrus draw you in, but the palate is wonderfully crisp, dry and refreshing. The flavors of citrus and spice compliment the bright acidity for a beautiful finish. 2008 Wolfgang, Gruner Veltliner Concerto "Gru-Vee" Austria $41 Concerto is lean and tight, characterized by racy fruit flavors, with a slightly mineral undercurrent and a full expansive finish. Gruner Veltliner is a very versatile grape that pairs well with a variety of different foods. 2007 Bonterra Vineyards, Viognier Mendocino County $42 Powerful aromas of freshly sliced peaches, hints of honeysuckle and an exotic note of jasmine dominate in the glass. The wine is crisp, yet creamy with a touch of Marsanne, Roussanne and Muscat grapes to add a bit of complexity. This wine is 100% organic. 2006 Esprit D'Henri, Cave Du Verger Cote du Rhone $42 An explosion of Lychee nut, mango and apricot flavors. This semi sweet Muscat has a rare elegance and freshness not found in other wines of this type. the wine has excellent grip, balance and length. 2008 WillaKenzie Estate, Pinot Blanc Willamette Valley $47 Scents of lemongrass and grapefruit run headlong into delicate, evocative fruit flavors of melon, gosseberry lime and stone fruits. Though dry and tart, it has so much complexity that it never turns sour. 2006 Hunold, Pinot Blanc Alsace, France $49 This Pinot Blanc is fresh, round and supple, offering delicate fruit and a touch of smokiness. Fermented in stainless steel and aged "sur lie" until bottling in spring. 2008 Conundrum California $54 Beautifully integrated layers of white peach, apricot, honeysuckle, vanilla and lime zest aromas lead to a full palate of tropical fruit, peach and honeydew melon. A complex wine of up to five white varietals providing a rich, round and soft texture. 2007 Zaca Mesa, Roussanne Santa Ynez Valley, California $56 Zaca Mesa owns 10 of the 300 acres plated to this Rhone varietal in California. Bone dry, ultra crisp acidity, and lean mineral flavors, this barrel fermented, lees-aged Roussane is the opposite of rich. But it's enormously elegant with subtle hints of Meyer lemons, grapefruit, toast and yeast. A great wine to pair with complex dishes.
