Overview Hindmarsh Plumbing was established in 1973 as a part of the Sarah Group with the purpose of delivering superior commercial plumbing services to the South Australian marketplace. As well as our head office at Hindmarsh, we also have offices located in the Northern and Southern suburbs which ensures rapid response times. At Hindmarsh Plumbing, we have the capabilities to deliver any project within the disciplines of commercial plumbing. Our strengths include, but are not limited to, the installation, commission, service and maintenance of gas fitting, mechanical, civil and allied services for the commercial and industrial sector. Our experience with small contract work is extensive and incorporates both our Construction and Service divisions. Our experience is spread over a variety of categories and includes, but is not limited to: defence, retail, education, retirement, hospitality, sporting venues, industrial and mechanical, offices and commercial, health and residential. We provide employment for more than 200 South Australian plumbers, apprentices and support staff. Our commitment to delivering the highest possible services to clients, as well as combating the prominent skills shortage is demonstrated by our ability to continually provide internal and external training opportunities across the organisation, including a specific focus on apprentice training. Hindmarsh Plumbing also supports various charities and community groups. We are also members and supporters of the Plumbing Industry Association. Our People The service division boasts a team of over 35 qualified, well trained and experienced plumbers, and a team of support staff to receive and dispatch work efficiently and effectively. We also: Maintain a fleet of commercial vehicles equipped to undertake service and maintenance work; Continually undertake training and up-skilling to ensure our employees are abreast of current trends and innovations; Employ the latest technological resources to provide the best service possible; and Provide a customer feedback service to ensure we continually meet or exceed the expectation of our valued clients. Core Services We provide installation, modification, maintenance and servicing facets of hydraulic services, including: Water Services Installation, modification and maintenance of all pipe work and associated fittings supplying drinkable and non drinkable water Investigate, locate and repair or replace water bursts and water services Installation of filtered and treated water. Hot Water Services Supply, install and maintain gas, high demand or electric hot water services, ancillary equipment and boiling and chilled water units Design and installation of commercial hot water systems. Sanitaryware & Tapware Supply, installation and maintenance of all sanitaryware and tapware, electronically controlled tapware and flushing devices, including flushometers Maintenance includes clearing blocked fixtures, fixing leaking cisterns, flushometers and tapware. Core Services (cont) Stormwater Drainage Systems Installation, modification and maintenance of Stormwater systems Locate, clear and repair blocked or damaged drains. Roof Repairs Locate and repair roof leaks, including gutters, down pipes, flashings as well as rain-heads and partial roof replacements. Fire Hydrant & Hose Reel Systems Installation, modification and maintenance of all pipework and associated fittings connected to fire hydrant and hose reel systems. Regular Client - All Hours Plumbing Works For our regular clients Hindmarsh Plumbing offers 24 hour service, Supervisors take calls directly from you and distribute to the on-call plumbers. Core Services (cont) Sewer Systems Installation, modification and maintenance of sewer drainage systems Locate, clear and repair blocked or damaged drains. Sub Contractors We currently engage and have relationships with sub contractors covering remote South Australia including Broken Hill and Mildura, we also manage and distribute within the Northern Territory. Gas Services Installation, modification and maintenance of all pipe work and associated fittings used in the supply of gas to a wide range of gas appliances. Underground Pipe & Services Location Detect and locate underground services Site surveys and reporting. Service Division 10

Core Services (cont) Leak Detection and Pipe Freezing Identification and location of leaks from services Ability to freeze pipework for repairs. Install, Commission, Service & Test Filters and softeners Plate separators, associate drainage and pumping systems Emergency safety showers and eye/face washers. Trade Waste Systems Design, installation, modification and maintenance in consultation with SA Water and the client to ensure environmentally friendly solutions for waste disposal are employed These systems include grease arrestors, neutralizing pits, settlement tanks, PH dosing and automatic sewer/storm water diversion systems. Associated Works Repair and maintain compressed air and medical gas pipelines, pumps and rising mains. Service Division 11

Preventative Maintenance We believe that preventative maintenance is the key to preserving assets including equipment, fixtures and pipework. Our objective is to minimize disruptions to business operations and maximise the working life of the asset. Our preventative maintenance capabilities include: Undertaking a site inspection on condition of assets Preparation of a scheduled maintenance proposal including a list of the service requirements Providing a report on the condition and making recommendations Liaising with manufacturers for new parts or technology Working closely with relevant governing bodies. Service Division 12

Specialist Services: Design, Installation and Maintenance of Warm Water Systems Our specialist Water Treatment team are leaders in the field of chlorine disinfections to ensure that any Legionella colonies and biofilms are controlled within cold, hot and warm water systems. At Hindmarsh Plumbing, we will deliver full site inspections, provide reports on AS 3500 compliance, give recommendations and supply costings. A reticulated water system that distributes warm water at a nominal temperature by means of a temperature controlling device, to reduce the risk to users of scalding. Hindmarsh Plumbing can design, install and maintain, include carry out annual inspections, testing and audits of warm water systems to ensure facilities (Health and Aged Care Facilities, Early Learning Centres etc) comply with regulations Local Councils will maintain a register, inspect facilities with warm water systems and carry out testing to ensure warm water systems are being correctly maintained. Our team is happy to meet with regularity bodies on site during the auditing process and develop and maintain logbooks to ensure compliance. Client Access Portal Our client access portal allows any specific data to be live and accessible to our clients, accessible 24 hours a day through the internet, from any nominated client computer terminal. This portal also has the capability to send notifications when specific information has not been updated, especially when compliance is imperative. A live chat and contact us option enables questions and responses with our relevant Project Manager. Specialist Services: Guidelines for Control of Legionella - Legislative Requirement The maintenance requirements for warm water systems are set out in regulation 13 of the Legionella Regulations Temperatures should be monitored at the most distal outlet and at a range of outlets randomly selected within the system (the number will depend on the size and design of the system) The intent of this monitoring is to measure the temperature at the key outlets in order to detect any temperature changes over time and throughout the system If relatively low temperatures are indicated in any area of a warm water system, the area should be investigated for evidence of poor water flow or stagnation All warm water outlets are not frequently used should be flushed weekly at full flow for at least 15 seconds and all outlets on individual branches should be flushed simultaneously System requires flushing six monthly using a chlorine solution or pasteurisation. At least once in every 12 months temperature control devices such as thermostatic mixing valves or tempering valves should be: Maintained and serviced as recommended by the manufacturer and set out in AS 4032 Disinfected (for example, using a chlorine solution or pasteurisation) before being returned to service. Specialist Services: Water Saving Initiatives Conduct hot and cold water audits of your building to advice on options to reduce water consumption. Undertake environmentally sustainable plumbing work Installation of water saving devices such as timed taps flow restrictors laser taps etc Plumb rainwater tanks into your home or business, we are agents for Team Poly (manufacturers of rainwater tanks). Service Division 15

Specialist Services: Thermostatic Mixing Valves Designed to control hot water temperatures to reduce the risk of scalding. Generally, aged care facilities, hospitals, child care facilities and other institutions require the installation of thermostatic mixing valves Some commercial office buildings and industrial sites may require thermostatic mixing valves be installed Annual testing and servicing of thermostatic mixing and tempering valves must be undertaken to ensure the valves are operating correctly and recorded in a register as per AS 4032.3 Hindmarsh Plumbing employees are trained and qualified to carry out the testing and reporting of thermostatic mixing valves and tempering valves. Service Division 16

Specialist Services: Backflow Prevention Devices Installed where required by Water Authorities to prevent contaminated water flowing back into the mains water supply. Backflow devices may require installation in commercial or industrial sites including aged care facilities, laboratories, petrol stations, wash down bays, cleaners rooms and plant rooms etc By regulation these devices must be tested annually by a licensed tester Our employees are qualified and licensed testers Test results are forwarded SA Water and also maintained in our computerized backflow management system for future testing and reference. The Backflow Shop The Backflow Shop supplies and stocks all backflow valves, parts, accessories and associated fittings through our retail outlet to the industry. Our licensed and trained staff are experts in the backflow prevention area and are able to assist with the sales and after sales service to our clients. Advice as well as installation and testing of backflow prevention devices are our specialty and ensure that the required documentation is submitted to the relevant government authority ensuring compliance. Specialist Services: Sustainable (Eco) Plumbing Experienced plumbers trained in Sustainable (Eco) Plumbing initiatives by the Plumbing Industry Association SA. Hindmarsh Plumbing have qualified plumbers able to audit and put in place structures and devices to save and reduce water usage for Domestic, Commercial and Industrial applications We work with Clients to identify possible State and Federal Government grants or rebates. Service Division 18

Hydrojet: Resources Our business boasts a team of highly qualified, well trained and experienced Hydrojet Operators, and a team of support staff to receive and dispatch work efficiently and effectively. We also: Maintain a fleet of Hydrojet vehicles equipped to undertake Hydrojetting and CCTV camera work Continually undertake training and up-skilling to ensure our employees are abreast of current trends and innovations AIP qualified for works within petrol station sites Confined Space qualified Traffic Management trained Employ the latest technological resources to provide the best service possible Offer preventative maintenance solutions 24 hour Emergency Service Able to travel to remote locations CCTV, on request we offer the option of carrying out a CCTV inspection and supplying a DVD Disc on the spot for existing and new drain installations including recommendations by the operators on how to repair any issues if required Maintain a library of all CCTV DVD s for our clients future reference Provide a customer feedback service to ensure we continually meet or exceed the expectation of our valued clients.
