Motor coaches pick up and drop off passengers at the Mission Playhouse parking lot. An overnight parking permit is required for cars left at the Mission Playhouse parking lot or Park & Ride lot overnight. Failure to show a current overnight permit will result in a parking citation for the vehicle owner. The Community Services Department can provide registrants with a permit free of charge. Deluxe, charter buses are used for overnight trips, with no smoking and no seat rotation on the coach for trips of less than four days. Cancellation insurance is available for overnight or extended trips costing $100 or more. Fall Foliage in Eastern Canada Oct. 6-14 5302.301 Take a fully escorted tour to see all of nature s beauty in Eastern Canada. You will enjoy eight nights at hotel and motel accommodations and all with breakfast included. Page 6 GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION fall 2015 Travel Guide The City of San Gabriel provides trips and tours for adults and children ages 8 and up, accompanied by an adult. Full payment for trips and tours is taken on a first registered, first seated basis at the Community Services Department. Trips are subject to cancellation if required number of participants does not register by deadline date. All participants must be self-sufficient and capable of walking and climbing stairs without assistance of others. If unable to do so, a wheelchair and/or trip attendant must be provided by participant. Please notify staff at the time of registration if you will be taking a wheelchair to ensure space is accommodated. REGISTRATION is taken at the Community Services Department Office, 250 S. Mission Dr., San Gabriel, 91776, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with extended hours Tuesdays until 6:00 p.m. Full payment for trips and tours is due on or before the date indicated on each individual trip. Please use the Activity Registration Form included on the back cover of this Travel Guide to register for trips. DEPARTURE & RETURN Weekday bus trips depart from and return to the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse parking lot, 320 S. Mission Drive, unless otherwise noted. All cars must be parked on the Broadway Avenue side of the lot only. Bus boarding begins 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Please be prompt to maintain your boarding priority. REFUND POLICY ALL refunds are subject to a $10 service charge, unless trip is cancelled by the San Gabriel Community Services Department. Refunds for day trips are processed if cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to the trip or if there is a replacement on our waiting list. Refunds for extended tours are processed if cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to overnight trip, except where otherwise noted. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended for overnight trips costing $100 or more.
