ABOUT ROUND ROCK CHURCH OF CHRIST RRCOC is a Christ-centered, outsider-oriented church in Round Rock, TX (just outside of Austin) devoted to a simple and challenging mission: To live love. We take seriously Christ s call to reach those who are far from God, and we continually seek out ways to bring our practices into alignment with that priority. Our Sunday attendance averages around 375, with approximately 70% of our adults involved in small groups that meet in homes throughout the week. Though our member demographics are varied, we re a church that skews younger in age and continues to grow in that direction. As one of the Ministers, you d be joining a team of 5 other ministers / staff and 8 elders, all of whom see themselves as partners in pursuing the same vision. On the subsequent pages, you will find three available ministry roles: Student, Connections, and Worship. We believe the Student Ministry requires the equivalent of a full time job, while the Worship and Connections Ministries are each part-time roles (but together require the equivalent of a full time job). Thus we plan to hire two ministers to fulfill these three roles. We are not strictly tied to hiring a Student Minister as one job and hiring a Connections/Worship Minister for the other job. If God leads to us a Student/Connections Minister and a Student/Worship Minister, that would be wonderful. So if you feel strongly blessed to be any of these Ministers: Student Minister; Connections/Worship Minister; Student/Connections Minister; and/or Student/Worship Minister, please let us know your desire(s). In Him, The Elders of Round Rock Church of Christ www.rrcoc.org
