A total of 5 properties were bought with an area of 39 000 m 2, all located right next to IKEA. For more information, please contact: The retail area is today called Shopping Park Kållered and has 20 stores, including Coop, Systembolaget and KappAhl as anchor tenants. The area is well-known and has a great location right next to E6/E20 highway. During the next few years we are planning to develop and extend the retail area. We want to build a brand new shopping center, that will be directly connected to the new IKEA store. 4 5 Upcoming extension and development Together with IKEA, our ambition is to extend and develop the shopping area over the next few years. A new shopping center will be built and integrated directly with the IKEA store. We will be offering a much wider range of stores, restaurants and services in order to be the most attractive retail area in the Gothenburg region. Planned opening during 2019.
