Offshore Gangways What makes the difference? Fassmer provides different designs of offshore boarding systems. These boarding systems permit safe access during the installation phase, change of bigger components and O&M activities. Even under unfavourable weather conditions. Safe access to offshore wind turbines is our target. Customer s special requirements are our duty and can be incorporated. Designed in accordance to the latest requirements for offshore boarding. Fassmer SAS assures safe access from stern or bow of a floating vessel even under bad weather conditions where other systems are not operational. The SAS is a self-adjustable gangway system which compensates the movements of the vessel. Offshore Gangways Cost effective stationary solution Fassmer offshore gangways enables permanent access from the construction vessel to all kind of wind turbine installations. The gangways are turnable as well as height and length adjustable providing stable and continuous safe access to the wind turbine from any position on the construction vessel. Wind Accommodation Modul (WAM) Offshore Service Vessels Fassmer offers self-supporting modular cabins for overnight stays as a shelter for service staff of offshore wind turbines. These tailor made Wind Accommodation Moduls, also being used for recreation, are ventilated, heated and equipped with beds, chairs and tables, sanitary blocks, emergency food rations and water bags according to SOLAS regulations. Easy connections to tower-electronics are prepared. In future, modern offshore service vessels will need to become increasingly flexible and fulfil a variety of operational demands. Fassmer has therefore developed a range of special purpose vessels with high technology equipment that integrate perfectly into the offshore story. WAM Arrangement Fassmer in-house experience as designer and builder of SAR and Work vessels, lifeboats, deck equipment and wind turbine components already in operation in the North and Baltic Seas is a clear advantage for our customers, who benefit from the cumulative experience of our designers, engineers and craftsmen. Fassmer has a variety of products and services engineered with a high level of integration by a capable and experienced design team. Our experience in the design of composite boats is fully applied in our 10m Service Boat (SB10), which can be operated from offshore platforms as well as support vessels. The SB10 provides fast, easy and efficient access to the wind turbine or other offshore structures and may be used as a shuttle within the Offshore Field. Safe and optimal handling of the boats can be performed by means of Fassmer either standard or customized lifting devices, which include a variety of davits and cranes as well as custom made stern ramps in larger vessels; such as our 68m Offshore Support Vessel (OSV68). The OSV68, is a logistic vessel designed to perform long term offshore duties, providing accommodation, workshops and a variety of other services, including a capable helideck. SB 10 - THE PEREGRINE OSV 68 - THE SUPPORTER Fassmer solutions such as the SB10 and the OSV68 are based on well proven concepts, while other challenges require new and tailored solutions. This is the case of Fassmer s PTV34 and DSV74. The 34m SeaKat is a personnel and equipment transfer vessel aimed at frequent voyages within the Offshore Field and the operations base, at high speed in almost any sea condition.
