Notifications after Installation In order to make sure that you receive your reimbursement when shopping online through Lyoness, some technical pre-conditions need to be fulfilled. Before shopping online with the Cashback Bar, the Cashback Bar will check the browser settings in order to ensure that all first and third party cookies are accepted. Furthermore, the Cashback Bar will check if there are any firewalls or anti-spyware, anti-virus, adblocker, pop-up blocker or scriptblocker programmes active, which could influence the reimbursement when shopping online through Lyoness. Should the Cashback Bar detect that any of those programmes are indeed active or that the cookie settings do not meet the required conditions, you will be informed in the notification slider at the top of the browser right after the installation. Please note: The Cashback Bar does not request from you to disable any of the programmes mentioned above. The check of these programmes serves as an information purpose and intends to raise awareness about the technical requirements for successfully shopping online through Lyoness. Once the online purchase through Lyoness has been completed, it is recommended to check the Lyoness reimbursement account within 24 hours in the Cockpit in the Cashback Bar or via the Lyoness Online Office. Please note that any complaints must be made within 7 days at the Lyoness Service Centre exclusively.

Where do I find the Cashback Bar in the browser? After the installation you can find the Lyoness Cashback Bar at the top of your browser (in Chrome and Firefox on the right hand side, in Safari and Internet Explorer on the left hand side). It is easy to recognize because of the Lyoness knot. If there is a little number inside the knot, it shows you the number of updates that have been made to three of the four menu options in the Lyoness Cashback Bar. The four menu options are: Voucher Codes, Merchants, Cockpit and Support. Please note: You will only see all tabs and your member information if you are logged in.

What can I see in the Voucher Codes tab? When you click on the Lyoness knot at the top of the browser, the Cashback Bar will open and the first tab you see is the Voucher Codes tab. In case of any updates, the total number of updates is now divided into each relevant tab that has been updated since it was last used. Your personal member data can be read at the bottom of each tab. The tab Voucher Codes offers you the following options: Overview of the available Voucher Codes. They are displayed in the same order as they appear on the Voucher Codes overview at www.lyoness.net (http://www.lyoness.net/internal/at/public/voucher). By clicking on the green button you will see the information for the Voucher Code, and by clicking on it again you can go direct to the Loyalty Merchant s online shop. If you visit the online shop of a Lyoness Merchant by clicking on the green button to redeem your voucher code, an info-strip will appear at the top of your browser providing information about Member Benefits offered for that store and letting you know that Cashback is activated. If you have surfed directly to the online shop of a Lyoness Loyalty Merchant and open the Cashback Bar, the Loyalty Merchant s Voucher Codes will appear at the top of the list, if there are any at that time.

What do I see in the Loyalty Merchant tab? If you click on the Merchant tab, the following options are offered: An overview of all the active Lyoness Online Loyalty Merchants and the Lyoness Benefits they offer. By clicking on the Shop now button, the special notices will be shown for that Loyalty Merchant. Another click and the Loyalty Merchant s online shop opens. When entering the online shop, the notification slider will appear at the top of the page to inform you of the Member Benefits available for that store and that Cashback is activated. Online Loyalty Merchants which offer Voucher Codes have an information text in the overview that shows the Voucher Codes.

What do I see in the Cockpit tab? This tab contains a compact version of the Cockpit at www.lyoness.net. Just like in the Lyoness Mobile App, only the most important information is shown. This includes: Your last 3 purchases An overview of your pending and calculated purchases An overview of your account balance

What do I see in the Support tab? In the Cashback Bar Support tab you have the option of sending your requests to the Lyoness Service Centre or to the Lyoness Cashback AG Regional Offices (depending on the type of request). There is a dropdown menu to choose the request subject. Email address and telephone number appear as already entered based on your user data, but these can be manually changed by you. Chrome and Internet Explorer users also have the possibility to upload files with their requests. If Firefox or Safari users want to send files, then they have to send them in an Email as usual. There are five predefined topics about which you can send questions: Cashback Card Mobile Vouchers Vouchers/Gift Cards Online Shopping My Membership Once you have selected the relevant topic and entered your message, please click on the green button.

What does the Search feature have to offer? In the search feature of the Lyoness Cashback Bar, you can choose between a Lyoness, Google or Bing search. The search results will be shown in a new browser tab. When searching with Lyoness the Loyalty Merchant Overview at www.lyoness.net opens with results comprising all of the online Loyalty Merchants matching your enquiry. When searching with Google or Bing, a result page for the respective search engine opens. If any Lyoness Online Loyalty Merchants appear in the results, they will be marked as such. You can also use Google and Bing to do a direct search. If any Loyalty Merchants appear in the results, they will be marked as such.

How can I see the Member s information in the Cashback Bar? The Member s information will be shown when you click on the cog symbol at the bottom right-hand side of the Cashback Bar. If this has been done, the domain will be extended with your member information within the Lyoness Cashback Bar and the following data will appear: Your Member Name Your Member ID Your Email Address Your Phone Number A link to log out If you want to close the Member Information, you only have to click on the X in the circle on the top right-hand corner of the extended domain.
