Overheads Global Leader We are the largest worldwide supplier of headliner substrates. We have a large market share, which means that 1 of every 4 cars in the world sports one of our headliners. The Overhead System (modular headliner, substrate, sunvisors, lighted headliner, panoramic systems) is a business line that represents 34% of all the Group's sales. We provide our clients with global solutions and local support in order to satisfy our client's needs as regards sustainability, weight reduction, customization, improved safety, design and comfort. Our multi-technological offer and a complete network of production plants and Just In Time centers allow us to pursue any level of integration anywhere in the world. Doors Global supplier of a wide range of specialized plastic parts and mechanisms In recent years, the door function has led our company's expansion, currently representing 30% of total sales. Our leadership in this product segment is based on multitechnology, maximum integration, global implementation and flexibility for handling a wide range of versions. The door is an essential design component in which multiple features converge. It has transformed into a carrier of diverse components: electric and electronic devices, lighting, padding, and acoustic features which provide safety and comfort. At Grupo Antolin, we are experts on door trims and mechanisms, a technological synergy that allows us to offer a broad scope of modular solutions. We develop, manufacture and sequence door panels that integrate innovative product-process technologies and materials seeking to reduce weight. Seating Focused on high added value products We are technological leaders in the development and manufacturing of complete, light and articulated seats that can include a built-in, three-point safety belt. Likewise, we supply foldable and/or removable seats that offer outstanding performance and provide flexibility in the layout of a vehicle's interior. Our technological expertise in removable and/or storable seats allows us to widen our client diversification and expand our market. Furthermore, we are integrated within our clients' supply chain through sequencing centers in proximity to their assembly plants, thereby optimizing the management of diversity. Lighting Leading European group for lighting components With the acquisition of CML Innovative Technologies, Grupo Antolin consolidated its position as leader in the overhead function and allowed the company to obtain a place in a market with great expectations through the integration of the advanced technology of CML. Cockpits & Interior Trim Global supplier of cockpit modules, instrument panels and soft trim We deliver cockpit modules and instrument panels with high perceived quality based on our expertise in design, comfort, convenience, craftsmanship, and safety. For a highly integrated cockpit module, Grupo Antolin offers full responsibility for design, development and sourcing, including Electric & Electronics components. Our innovations are focus on flexibility, costefficiency and weight reduction solutions. We present a global portfolio of premium Door Trim technologies to differentiate vehicles and maximize customer value. Innovative solutions improve functionality, comfort, and aesthetics, to fulfil the OEMs concept of the visual and haptic experience. Our expertise in decorative surface design parts allows us to customize our products and make them unique. Our deep knowledge in acoustics and textile surface materials and world class soft trim products, make passengers feel at home.
