General Technical requirement For TE :. At the time of inspection, the supplier shall furnish Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) test reports for EACH item quoted, clearly specifying all the features & functional parameters. The OEM test report must indicate model number and serial number of the item tested.. Detailed bill of material shall be furnished at the time of inspection for each item.. Compliance statement against each specification of particular duly signed & stamped on letterhead of OEM shall be furnished along with the bid. 4. During registration, and final inspection by Indentor/consignee at consignee's end, the supplier shall demonstrate : I. For NAS System : (a) Power 'ON' the NAS system. (b) All features verification. (c) Functional tests like capacity of data storage (d) Controller Diagnostics Test (CPU, Memory, System Bugs, if any) (e) Creation of raid group to show useable capacity (f) OEM certfication covering all parameters shall be furnished and cross referred with Data sheet for the product. 5. The systems under each schedule shall be complete in all respects. 6. Firm shall offer the products as specified or better/higher specifications. 7. The OEM shall have ISO:900 & ISO:400 certification for their manufacuring premises. 8. The OEM should be listed in Challenger or Leader's Quadrant in the "Gartner Magic Quadrant for Mid-Range & High-End Modular Arrays" for the previous or current year. 9. RAID DP shall also be acceptable against the RAID levels specified. 0. All Storage Systems shall be IPV6 Compliant.. The scope of supply shall include installation, integration and commissioning..software shall be accepted based on OEM certfication and licence. SPECIAL NOTES TO TENDERER :. The manufacturer has to declare the operating and storage temperature range and humidity range of the equipment offered. OEM certificate shall be furnished for the same at the time of registration and inspection.. In respect of items to be supplied / supplied by the Green Channel firms, the inspection may be carried out by the DGS&D in cases where such inspection in insisted by indentors.. ensure that the quality of stores delivered is as per R/C specification and the supplier is in possession of all the relevant documents as specified in the R/C. In respect of the imported stores it shall be ensured that the stores being delivered has reached the country through legal channel and the supplier is in possession of all the import documents in their name.
