INVITATION from ODENSE, DENMARK TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING CAMP & COMPETITION Dear Athletes, Coaches, Referees, and Families, It is with great pleasure we invite all youngsters from the trampoline and tumbling world to participate in the second edition of the Hans Christian Andersen City Games, a multisport event, which also features a Trampoline and Tumbling Camp and Competition. The aim and purpose of the Games is to gather young athletes from all over the world to have fun and learn from each other. Camp Leading op to the competition on Saturday there is a possibility of training at the Venue. Besides 4 Eurotramp 4x4 mm Grand Master and a Spieth Tumbling Track, there will be instant access to 5 trampolines to a pit 2 of them lose foam. Each team will have at least 2 x 1,5 hours of training a day max 5 pr. trampoline Organisers The Hans Christian Andersen City Games are organised in collaboration with Odense Gymnastik Forening (OGF). Odense has previously hosted the 2001 Trampoline World Championships, the 2006 Nordic Championships, the 2008 European Championships, and the 2011 World Cup Final. Odense will also be the host for a World Cup in 2013 and the World Championships and the World Age Group Games 2015. Date 7 th 11 th August 2013 (earlier arrival can be arranged) Location The Hans Christian Andersen City Games are held in Odense, the third largest city in Denmark, just 2½ hours by car from Hamburg (Germany), 1½ hours by car or train from Copenhagen, and 1 hour by car from Billund International Airport.

THE COMPETITION There will be competition in the following classes: Compulsory routines Trampoline U 12 B, compulsory skills, born 2001 or later One skill landing on the back U 12 A, compulsory skills, born 2001 or later Back somersault, tucked (C) Front somersault, piked (B) or barany, free One skill landing on the back Straddle jump At least three (3) of the skills in the compulsory routine must have at least 270 of somersault. U 13-14, compulsory skills, born 1999 or 2000 Back somersault, piked (B) Back somersault, tucked (C) Barany, free One skill landing on the back At least four (4) of the skills in the compulsory routine must have at least 270 of somersault. A competitor may only participate in one Trampoline and one Tumbling event. Finalists and Final The six best competitors from the preliminaries will participate in the final. (If more than 12 athletes in a class eight will go to the final. All finals will start from zero. Time of flight and tie-breaking rules will be used. Equipment Eurotramp 4x4 mm Grand Master and Spieth Tumbling track Judges Judges must be entered as follows: 2-10 competitors = 1 judge 11-20 competitors = 2 judges Clubs/Federations entering competitors in any other event must bring a judge with at least a current national judge's brevet. Note that the organizer does not pay food and lodging for the judges. The name of the judge/s must be announced with the entry form, and all changes must be reported to the organizer immediately. Warm up / one touch In all events there will be 30 seconds warm up per competitor immediately prior to the preliminary and final round. Prizes The top three athletes in each event will be awarded with gold, silver and bronze medals. In addition there will be a participation certificate.

FOOD AND ACCOMMADATION Breakfast Breakfast is served at the schools every morning from 7.00 9.00. We offer a hearty and delicious breakfast, including bread, cheese, jam, juice, milk and cornflakes. Lunch A healthy and balanced lunch will be served every day. Dinner A healthy and balanced Dinner, including of piece of fruit and a drink, will be served every day. Accommodation The Hans Christian Andersen City Games offer accommodation at a school nearby the Sportshall/venue of the Trampoline event. If you are interested in hotel or youth hostel at a good price, please contact the organisers for a good offer. Accommodation must be ordered not later than 1 th July 2013 REGISTRATION, PRICES AND PAYMENT Declaration of interest Register before 1 th February 2013 and get a 10% on your entry fee Definitive Send your definitive entry not later than 1 th May 2013 Entries received after 1 th May 2013 may be accepted for an extra fee All registrations to be send by e-mail to ejmo@udviklingfyn.dk on the entry forms. Payment: All payments must be on the account of OGF not later than 15 th July 2013 Participation Fee EUR 200.00 (DKK 1,450) per participant an early registration before 1 th February 2013 reduces the price to EUR 180.00 ( DKK 1,300) Participation in the Hans Christian Andersen City Games Trampoline & Tumbling Camp & Competition Lodging at a local school (please bring your own mattress, sleeping bag etc.) Breakfast Thursday-Sunday Lunch and dinner Wednesday-Saturday Participation in the Parade and Opening Ceremony Participation in the Garden Party in Odense Zoo Participation in the Closing Ceremony and Farewell Party Free local buses in Odense and special transport to and from the above evening events

MISCELLANEOUS TRANSPORTATION Participants are offered free transportation from Odense train station to the school at which accommodation has been provided, and back on departure. Transportation to and from airports can be arranged at additional costs. Throughout the days participants are free to use the public transport system in Odense. The participants will be provided with an ID card that gives access to free bus transportation within the city ring. Other participants The Hans Christian Andersen City Games is a multisport event that comprises 7 different sports. During the week you will meet athletes from: Water Polo, Bowling, Football, Handball, TeamGym and Trampoline & Tumbling HCA Evening Events The Hans Christian Andersen City Games arranges special events for all participants every night: Opening Ceremony, Garden Party in Odense Zoo, Closing Ceremony, and Farewell Party. Please find more information about the special events on the website mentioned below. Insurance & Visas Insurance is compulsory and the responsibility of each participant.
