The detainee spends all or part of his detention outside prison in accordance with a specific execution plan. It is monitored using electronic resources, among other things. There is plenty of room for improvement with regard to the IT support for the follow-up of the whereabouts and planning of inspections - both in terms of reliability and efficiency.
