5 HOW WE WORK 1 Business Analysis Timetable is set after requirements gathered. Then system analysis and system design occurs. Customer now waits for delivery of the product they want. During development process, if customer changes requirments, elicit and analysis will start again. 2 Development Team We are passionate about Agile. Agile is a methodology of work aimed at higher quality of final product. We use SCRUM a process for the empirical control of software development. It enables teams to deliver working software in an iterative manner in order to maximize business value.

6 This method requires four types of meetings : Planning meetings: The entire team gathers to decide on the features that will make up the following sprint. Daily meetings: The entire team meets for approximately 15 minutes every day in order to answer the following three questions, usually while standing: what did I do yesterday? What am I going to do today? Is there a cumbersome impediment today? Work review meetings: During this meeting, every member presents what he has done during the sprint. They organize a demonstration of the new features or a presentation of the architecture. This is an informal meeting lasting for approximately 2 hours which is attended by the entire team. Retrospective meetings: At the end of each sprint, the team analyzes both successful and unsuccessful elements of their activity. During this meeting lasting between 15 and 30 minutes where everyone is invited and speaks on their own behalf, a vote of confidence is organized in order to decide on the improvements to be made. Security and Confidentiality We have Confidentiality and Non Disclosure Agree-ments, which are legally binding formal agreements. These are signed with our customers, employees and anyone who interacts with us on your project in order to protect all your information. A release is bounded by start and end times and is used to organize the effort of the release teams working on user stories. Typically, the product owner creates the release teams and decides when the release is complete enough for delivery to a customer.
