3 Main activities and responsibilities Responsible manager for the organization in the Amsterdam region of the community sanctions and behavioural training programs. In total 70 employees. We work in close cooperation with prosecutors, judiciary, police, the penitentiary organizations and public authorities. Also we developed a strong cooperation with the municipality authorities and communities / organizations on the local level. Yearly 4000 community sanctions and 400 training programs are implemented. Project leader bilateral Program in Romania, Best practices exchange and cooperation for the development ofa specific rehabilitation programme for drink driving offenders Drink & Drive. Every 2 months 3-4 days in Romania. Project Leader bilateral Matra Flex Program in Romania, Development of an integrated nation wide system of alternatives for prison sanctions for drug addicted offenders. Monthly 3-4 days in Romania. Trainer and project leader of Matra project Strengthening the Probation Service in Romania, Development and implementation of a programme for community sanctions, social skills trainings, risk assessment and advisory reports. Vice chair of the national assembly Unit Managers Community Sanctions, Monthly monitoring the daily practice of the executing of Community Sanctions in the Netherlands. Initiating changes and new developments on execution and management level, organizing audit programs. Member national Taskforce Redesign Supervision, This small group of experts was appointed by de national director of the probation, who gave the order to develop a completely new vision / approach / skills / instruments on Supervision and to organize the implementation. This all within a period of 2 years. Member National Advisory Committee for the Minister of Justice, who give the order to create the proper conditions to enforce that more conditional sanctions are applied instead of prison sanctions. In this committee representatives of the ministry of justice, judges, prosecutors, police, probation, cooperate very closely and effective.
