The higher the DPI the better the quaity but the bigger the fie size. Pixe Width: Specify pixe width of output. Pease consider the aspect ratio of the origina image before setting this parameter. The higher the pixes the better the quaity but the bigger the fie size. DPI option wi not be prompted before conversion if "Don't prompt before conversion" check box is ticked. Background The foowing image formats do not support per-pixe transparency: Joint Photographic Experts Group (*.JPEG;*.JPG;) Persona Computer exchange (*.PCX) Portabe Document Format (*.PDF) Portabe Pixmap (*.PBM;*.PGM;*.PPM;*.PNM) Sun Raster (*.RAS) Lossess WebP compression (*.WEBP) Wireess Bitmap (*.WBMP) When converting an image with per-pixe transparency to one of these formats, the transparent background can be repaced by: Fixed coor Checker pattern Background image fie 9

Image Effects Image Scaing Change the pixe dimensions of converted images. Note: The output dimensions of ICO fies is determined by the ICO encoder settings. For best resuts when using the ICO output format, pease disabe image scaing. Scae by No change - Pixe dimensions of images are not changed on conversion. Percentage - Images are scaed using specified percentage without distorting the origina image's aspect ratio. Long side - The ong side of images are scaed to specified vaue without distorting the origina image's aspect ratio. Origina aspect ratio - The converted image wi have the argest pixe dimensions fitting into the suppied width and height parameters without distorting the origina image's aspect ratio. Predefined frame size - The converted image wi be scaed to fit the seected predefined frame size with a possibe aspect ratio distortion. If your preferred frame size is not in the ist, pease use the Custom Frame Size option Custom frame size - The converted image wi have the suppied width and height parameters with a possibe aspect ratio distortion. Long side in pixes Specify desired ong side in pixes after scaing. Width in pixes and Height in pixes Specify desired dimensions for converted images. If both parameters are zero, the converted image wi keep the origina image's pixe dimensions (i.e. no change). If Scaing is Origina aspect ratio If "Width in pixes" is zero and "Height in pixes" is nonzero, the converted image's height wi foow "Height in pixes" (the width wi be computed to keep the aspect ratio). If "Width in pixes" is nonzero and "Height in pixes" is zero, the converted image's width wi foow "Width in pixes" (the height wi be computed to keep the aspect ratio). If both parameters are nonzero, the one that wi give a smaer image wi be used (the other wi be computed to keep the aspect ratio). 12

If Scaing is Custom frame size If "Width in pixes" is zero and "Height in pixes" is nonzero, the converted image's height wi foow "Height in pixes" (the width is not changed). If "Width in pixes" is nonzero and "Height in pixes" is zero, the converted image's width wi foow "Width in pixes" (the height is not changed). If both parameters are nonzero, the converted image wi foow the specified parameters. Fiter Determines what happens to neighboring pixes when pixes are added or removed due to the source image and converted image having different pixe dimensions. Sharp square pixes - Best for ow resoution images. Smooth burry pixes - Best for photographs and scanned images. Note that the fiter option has no effect if the source image and converted image have the same pixe dimensions. Fip Fip the image Horizontay or Verticay. Horizonta. Vertica.
