the marketing bit Unified Communications can be defined as the integration of real-time communications services. In the broadest sense, Unified Communications is the integration of your voice and data network. It might start with the simple integration of your email with your voicemail into a single messaging inbox. However, it can become far more complex, with presence and instant messaging technologies, contact centre, video, web conferencing and collaboration applications all tying employees together. Or you can have a solution that is somewhere in between one that is tailored specifically to the needs of your business. Using our extensive experience of Cisco Unified Communications TA Networks will help you decide and implement the best solution for your business the benefits Reduced travel costs with remote teleworker and mobility solutions Reduced costs for cabling and moves, adds, and changes Lower telecommunications costs with local and long distance via SIP trunking Video on your phone and on Cisco WebEx for more personal interactions Features such as single-number reach and extension mobility, enabling customers and suppliers to reach you on any device, no matter where you are. Integrated messaging, with voicemail delivered to your email inbox for greater productivity Presence features, so that you can see who is available and how to reach them, helping your business be more responsive and serve customers faster Integration with customer relationship management (CRM) applications, for customer information when you need it and click-to-dial capabilities A consistent user experience, regardless of device or media type and location TA Networks Cisco Unified Communications solutions are delivered using Cisco BE6000 - a family of all-in-one collaboration solutions that are right-sized and affordable for companies ranging from 10 up to 1000 employees. A single platform gives you premium voice, video, messaging, instant messaging and presence, conferencing, and mobility capabilities. And that s not all. You also get a wide choice of advanced collaboration options, including video conferencing and contact centre services, in the same solution that s designed to grow with your needs.

start building your solution online Use our online calculator to get an idea of how cost effective the Cisco BE6000 solution is. Choose your Unified Communications server Cisco s BE6000 solution comes in two sizes and is usually located in your HQ. Select either 1 or 2 servers of the same size (two if you want to have a resilient design). The Enhanced Server is more scalable offering up to 9 Virtual Applications on the one server, the Standard Server supports only 4 Virtual Applications. All of our builds include redundant PSUs and 3 years Cisco 24x7x4 SmartNET support on hardware (BE6000 appliances and gateways). Choose your HQ gateway You need some way for your HQ users to connect to the PSTN to make or receive phone calls. Today, SIP trunks are becoming more common but you may have a more traditional ISDN circuit (PRI). TA Networks can advise on your options and migration plan. If you use traditional ISDN just put the number of ISDN (PRI) circuits in the gateway PRI box (for resilience we include a separate gateway for each PRI circuit), if you use SIP just put a 1 in the gateway SIP box. Now select the number of users you have in HQ To make it easy for you to get a quick quote we have created some standard user profiles. Choose the number of users who fit each profile (we can change the handsets or options for you later once we have discussed your business requirements in more detail). If you have front desk / reception users then enter the number of receptionists. Our build includes Cisco s Attendant Console application implementation in your quote if you have receptionists. If you only have one site, that s it you are done. Click the Calculate Totals button and your indicative solution price is shown (including deployment). If you have more sites to run off the central BE6000 (we can support up to 50 sites from the one solution) click the Add Branch button. If the branch site has it s own PSTN connection, enter the number of PRI or SIP gateways you need in the branch site. Enter the total number of users on this site and select the number of users per user profile. You can add more branches and see the effect of your changes by clicking the Calculate Totals button
