Pricing, Licensing, Ordering and Transacting IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please Read: The G-Cloud Framework provides an appropriate procurement vehicle in which to purchase Microsoft cloud services. Guidelines on procurement approach are provided by Government Procurement Service. Once you have reviewed the documentation and details on the CloudStore, completed selection, and your procurement decision has been made to proceed using the G-Cloud Framework route please contact your Microsoft Account Manager or Large Account Reseller who will assist with the transaction. If you do not have a contact please email ukpsbops@microsoft.com It is important that Microsoft captures the details of your requirements in the Schedule 2 G-Cloud Order Form which forms part of the Call-Off contract. This must be generated and agreed in collaboration with the customer in order that purchase details, correct pricing and terms are captured. Please do not initiate a transaction with your LAR or on the Microsoft Portal before first agreeing details on the G-Cloud Order Form. Also please do not use the generic Order Form template, but the version provided by Microsoft that has been amended to capture important Management Information for the Government Procurement Service as well as internal operational information. Transacting your G-Cloud Call-Off Customers can purchase Office 365 using two transaction mechanisms: 1) Enterprise Licensing : Customers can leverage their existing Volume Licensing Agreements including Enterprise Agreements, Campus and School Agreement Programs. Customers can generally transact using an existing or new Enterprise Agreement Enrolment as a one off annual cost, or to the duration of the next anniversary of their Agreement. The term is to next the anniversary of Enterprise Agreement or 12 months, whichever is sooner. Minimum order quantity is 1 user. For Office 365 Dedicated minimum order quantity is 30,000 users. Please discuss Volume Licensing options with your Microsoft Account manager and Large Account Reseller. 2) MOSP : Using the direct Microsoft Services Portal (MOSP) at http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/business/office-365-enterprise-e3-business-software- FX103030346.aspx customers pay online for monthly billing using a credit card or invoice options. Term is initially 12 months, and then monthly. Please refer to Microsoft Services Agreement at http://www.microsoft.com/global/en-us/office365/renderingassets/mosa/mosa2011agr-na- ENG.htm Minimum order quantity is 5 users. Trial Subscriptions Microsoft offers free trials of Office 365. Please speak to your Microsoft Account manager and/or follow the link to sign up for a free 30 day trial http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/business/office-365- enterprise-e3-business-software-fx103030346.aspx Purchasing Office 365 from a Trial Subscription Once you have made the decision to purchase a subscription, you have your choice of two options: 1. Convert an existing trial subscription to a paid subscription: If you choose to convert your trial subscription to a paid subscription of the same plan, your end users on the trial subscription are automatically transferred (with service data) to the paid subscription. 2. Purchase a new paid subscription: If you choose to purchase a new paid subscription, or a paid plan that is different from your trial subscription, you may need to manually assign your users to the paid subscription. The subscription term will begin on the day you convert to or purchase the new paid subscription plan.
