Introduction You have been identified as a Direct Marketing remote access user with the potential to access Customer Data. Direct Marketing customer requirements have mandated that Quad/Graphics associates connecting to Quad/Graphics customer data networks and applications outside of Quad/Graphics locations like Home Offices, Open Air Hot Spots and offsite connections use two factor authentication. This secure manor of connecting to Vertis customer data will increase security along with ensuring customer audit compliance. Included in this package is an RSA token that you should have received. This token code will be required every time you access Quad/Graphics remotely. If you lose your Token, it can take 7 to 10 days to replace and you will be without Remote Access Services for the duration. Step 1 First Time Logon. Open up Internet Explor and browse to https://secure.vertisinc.com or double click the network connect icon on your desktop. 1. Enter your Vertis User ID into the Username field. *This is the same user ID you use to access Legacy Vertis resources. * For Mac users use your network ID. 2. Enter the 6 digit RSA code found in LCD window on the front of the RSA token into the Password field. 3. Make sure TOKEN is selected in the realm drop down box and not STANDARD. Click the Submit buttion. Page 2
Step 2 New PIN Setup. The PIN is a 4 digit numeric code of your choice that is similar to a pin used with a ATM card. You must remember this PIN. It will become part of your log on password. 1 Enter a 4 to 8 digit number into the New Pin field and also enter the same number into the Confim PIN field. 2 Click the Save PIN button. Page 3
Step 3: Logging in using your RSA token. Your new remote access password will consist of your PIN + the RSA SecureID 6 digit Token code in the LCD Window. Open up Internet Explor and browse to https://secure.vertisinc.com or double click the network connect icon on your desktop. 1. Enter your Vertis User ID into the Username field. *This is the same user ID you use to logon to your computer. * For Mac users use your network ID. 2. In the password field, enter your 4 digit numeric pin followed by your 6 digit numeric code found in LCD window on the front of the RSA token. 3. Make sure TOKEN is selected in the realm drop down box and not STANDARD. Click the Submit buttion. The example below will show the format used for your RSA password. Example: Pin Number = 1234 RSA 6 digit code in token window = 999882 Using the PIN in the example above your new RSA Password would be 1234994882. Your Vertisinc User ID will be the same as your computer logon ID and password. Page 4
Step 4: Install browser software if prompted. When logging on you may be prompted to load a Active X control or install the network connect client software. If you do not get any prompts during the logon you contine to to step 5. Here are some examles of the promts you may get. On the message bar select Click here to Allow it to Run with your mouse and then select Run Addon Page 5
If following input box appears. Click RUN to allow the Active X control to be loaded. If you see the following screen, do the following. Click the Remember this decision checkbox. Click the Allow button and continue. Your setup should now be completed. Page 6
Step 5: Connecting to the VPN. Click the START button under the Client Application Sessions section. If you do not click the start button you will not be logged on the VPN. Click Here Page 7

Verify you are connected to the VPN. You should see the network connect icon in the system tray in the bottom right corner of your desktop when you successfully logged in. Logon in to VPN is now completed. Page 9
