1 Double click the Single Sign On shortcut located in the desktop. Enter user PPUM icare ID in the User ID text box. Leave the Password text box as blank. Click Login button. You will be prompt about the first time login and you are require to set a new password. Type a new password in the New text box and repeat the same password in the Confirm text box. Click Change button to save the new password. Login using the new password.

4 The Single Sign On password is use to access multiple application in the PPUM icare and should be treated as a highly sensitive data. Password should never be shared or make known to other people. The password must: Have at least 7 characters. Contain minimum 1 lower case. Contain minimum 1 upper case. Contain either 1 numeric or 1 symbol or both. Example of valid password: Wgh1234 wgk$123 *abc123* The password must not: Contain any space. Exceed 32 characters. Contain any part of the user name. Example of invalid password: Wgh 1234 Ahmad123 (assumed that the user name is Ahmad Bin Ismail) Ismail23 (assumed that the user name is Ahmad Bin Ismail) The password is case sensitive. 10. 8 This problem is probably due to the password used to access the application is not synchronize correctly between the Single Sign On and that particular application. Or this problem could be caused by the user has previously change the password through that particular application and not from the Single Sign On. If you want to change password, always change at the Single Sign On level and not from the application level. 10. 9 This problem is probably due to your computer setting. Try to change the below setting one by one to see whether this problem can be solve. Change the screen DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI).

13 This error is caused by either the application is not installed in your computer or it is not installed in the default folder location. Please contact the application administrator to arrange for a proper installation.
