Beauchamp Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert "Bob" Beauchamp is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of, the recognised leader in enterprise IT management solutions. From mainframe to mobile, from back room to boardroom, BMC delivers IT automation, integration, and sophistication that enable businesses to perform at their best. After joining the company in 1988 as a sales executive, Beauchamp rose rapidly through the BMC ranks. Donn D Arcy Area Director and Country Manager UK and Ireland Donn has been with BMC for 11 years and is responsible for BMC s UK and Ireland operations. Donn is a passionate leader of this business which has achieved significant growth in recent years through his maniacal focus on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty and Customer Advocacy. Previously, Donn has worked for Oracle and Baltimore Technologies. He holds a BSc Honours Degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Physics. Donn lives in Hampshire with his wife and three children. Steve Wanklin Corporate Vice President and Head of Global Operations Infrastructure Services SBU Capgemini Steve is a Corporate Vice President and Head of Global Operations in the Infrastructure Services SBU of Capgemini. He is responsible for Industrialisation of Delivery and has direct accountability for New Business Solutions, Global Tools and Systems and TCO management of the Global Non-Labour cost base circa $500m. Steve joined Capgemini in July 2009 and had previously been with CSC for 15 years. During his time in CSC, Steve had a variety of roles concentrating on service delivery. These included; service accountability for their European clients, 8000 staff and $1.6 billion revenue, he ran the Global Service Management organisation with 3000 staff responsible for all Service Desk tools and processes as well as account specific roles with Royal Mail and Old Mutual in South Africa.
Dominic Wellington EMEA Lead Marketing Manage, Cloud Computing Dominic Wellington is BMC's Cloud Marketing Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has worked on the largest cloud projects in EMEA, and now he calls on that experience to support new cloud initiatives across the region. Previously Dominic supported BMC's automation sales with direct assistance and enablement throughout EMEA. Dominic joined with the acquisition of BladeLogic, where he started up Southern Europe pre-sales operations. Before BladeLogic, he worked in pre-sales and system administration for Mercury and HP. Dominic has studied and worked between Italy, England and Germany. Clyde Logue Senior Program Manager Clyde Logue is Senior Program Manager at for the BMC Release Lifecycle Management product, formerly the SmartRelease product from StreamStep. Prior to its acquisition by BMC, Clyde was co-founder and Vice President of Product Management for StreamStep a release management software solution focused on the challenges of Development and Operations teams. StreamStep received Gartner's "Cool Vendor" award for 2011. Previously, Clyde was Director of Release Management at Liberty Mutual, where he oversaw and lived the challenges of release management firsthand. At Bottomline Technologies, Clyde led product management for enterprise and banking online invoicing software solutions. Before joining Bottomline, co-founded mvalent, A J2EE configuration management solution (acquired by Oracle). Clyde holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas.
Rob Jones Process Solutions & Service Delivery Manager Bank of America Rob Jones is the Process Solutions leader for Global Networks & Infrastructure Services (GINS) responsible for translating business requirements into functional requirements, modeling and leaning processes. He also is the technical design lead for the Device Lifecycle Automation program. He is based in London. Rob joined Bank of America in June 2011. His attempt failed due to extreme storms at the summit and he had to remain at altitude with one team member suffering altitude sickness for three days while the storm subsided.
Andy Walker ITSM Specialist and Pursuit Lead, EMEA Andy joined the Remedy Corporation in 1999 from Cyberscience, a Business Intelligence vendor for whom he provided Presales and Post Sales Consultancy. Since then he has worked with Remedy and subsequently BMC as a Principal and thereafter an Advisory Software Consultant. Within this role Andy has provided technical and best practice advice to customers across all areas of the BMC Remedy solution as well as BMC s wider Business Service Management proposition. He has worked within a wide range of verticals including Outsourcing, Telco, Finance and Pharmaceuticals and has assisted customers in getting the most from BMC s Service Management solutions. Andy has recently played the role of ITSM Practice Lead for EMEA and has now been appointed ITSM Pursuit Lead for EMEA. Andy holds a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MSc in Numerical Analysis from Brunel University.
Nick Iles Global Service Excellence Director Unilever Nick Iles is a Global Service Excellence Director at Unilever with more than 14 years of experience; globally responsible for the service experience Unilever employees receive from their own internal services organisation covering HR, IT, Finance, Travel and Facilities. In this role he is responsible for tracking and improving user satisfaction across the individual services delivered and the 172,000 employees that the organisation serves. He is responsible for Unilever s global service management programme based on Remedy 8.1. Nick started with Unilever in 1997 as a graduate manager. He has worked in a variety of IT roles throughout his career; from UK and Ireland sales IT through to major restructuring programmes and business transformation. His current role has been leading the forefront of taking the IT out of IT Service Management and using the benefits of service management to enable the wider business services organisation. When not working, Nick enjoys cooking, desserts a speciality, and volunteering at an activity centre for young people. Philip Yarnall Head of Service Management for Technology Operations BBC Phil is an experienced Service Management professional and change programme leader, who specialises in transformational change programmes. Phil s grounding is in Technology, with strong business knowledge and acumen. He has a track record in the Media and Financial sectors with a strong focus upon broadcasting in recent years. Currently Phil is the Head of Service Management for Technology Operations in the BBC.
Damian Quinn Ministry of Defense Damian Quinn started his career as an officer in the Royal Signals and served until 1997. He cut his teeth in industry working in software companies delivering network rollout and capacity planning capability and running his own technology training company with clients ranging from Motorola to Vodafone. He became an independent consultant in 2003 and has specialised in driving business change in organisations using technology where appropriate. This has culminated in his latest project of implementing Service Management Capability for the Ministry Of Defence, specifically for those elements actively engaged and supporting operational duties across the globe. John Dormon Performance & Availability John s 35 year tenure in the IT industry spans a variety of roles from Operations to Systems Programming in large Data Centres through Product and Programme Management for independent software vendors, working with organisations large and small around the world. Today John works with customers and account teams as a Specialist for Performance and Availability, helping organisations find efficiencies to improve productivity and defend service levels.
Jim Waring Principal Pre-sales Consultant Jim Waring is a principal pre-sale consultant with many years experience of capacity management from both a customer and software vendor perceptive. His IT career dates back to 1983 with London Electricity moving into Capacity Management in 1986. He joined BMC in 1998 and has specialised in Capacity Management, but has also supported Automation (Atrium Orchestrator), Performance and Event Management (BPPM and EUEM.) as well as Cloud Lifecycle Management. Ohad Chenkin Director Product Management Ohad Chenkin, a Director Product Management with, has over 15 years of experience in the IT software industry, filling marketing, sales enablement and R&D positions. In his current role, Ohad leads the product strategy and roadmap of BMC Control-M Workload Automation solution. Prior to joining BMC, Ohad served as Sales Support Manager in M-Systems, a flashbased data storage solutions world leader, and a Project Manager in TTI-Telecom, a network operations management software company for the telecommunications industry. Prior to that, Ohad served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, leading a mission critical R&D team. Ohad holds an MBA from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya and a BA in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Sean Smith Senior Pre-sales Consultant Sean joined as part of the Numara Software acquisition in 2012, a leading vendor in the mid-sized ITSM market space. As part of his duties there he provided pre and post sales consultancy delivering tangible, valued solutions to a wide portfolio of customers. He now supports the immediate sales teams with high level demonstrations through to proof of value activities. Sean has also been responsible for enablement across Europe helping train and develop partner implementation and onboarding skills. Derek Byrne Senior Pre-sales Consultant Derek Byrne is the BMC UK s lead FootPrints Pre-Sales resource, having joined with the Numara acquisition. He currently provides Pre-Sales consultancy for both BMC direct and Partner lead projects. Derek has been working with the FootPrints product set for over 5 years, covering verticals such as Retail, Banking, Public Sector and many more. Prior to BMC Derek has worked in Pre-Sales and Pro Services roles gaining expertise in many other Service Management and Asset Management products. He also has many years experience working on and managing Service Desks and IT Operations teams. Mark Beard Head of IT Service Improvement Specsavers Mark has been working in IT for over 12 years. During his nine years at Specsavers, Mark has held numerous roles that have covered (often simultaneously) setting up the Project Office and implementing Project Governance, running Store Implementation activities, managing the IT Service Desk and Problem Team and assisting in the initial set up of Specsavers entry into 7 further countries. Most recently Mark has been responsible for managing the introduction of ITIL Service Management processes. This has involved setting up and managing of a number of new teams, most notably the Service Level Function and the Service Implementation Team.
Graham Dawes Change & Configuration Manager Specsavers Graham has worked at Specsavers for over two years and is responsible for administering all IT change within Specsavers as well as maintaining builds for their retail estate.
