Intending applicants are required to submit their application with full bio-data giving details about their organization, experience and competence of technical, personal in the organization and adequate evidence of their financial standing etc. in the enclosed form which will be kept confidential. 2. While deciding upon the selection of contractors, emphasis will be given on the ability and competence of the applicants to do good quality works within the specified time frame. 3. Decision of the Bank in regard to enlistment of contractors will be final and binding on the tenderers. The Bank is not bound to assign any reason for its decision. 4. Each page of the application shall be signed and stamped with the rubber seal of the establishment. The application shall be signed by person/persons on behalf of the organization having necessary authorization/power of attorney to do so. 5. If the space in the proforma is insufficient for furnishing full details, separate sheets may be used. 6. Applications containing false and/or inadequate information are liable for rejection.
7. The criteria for selection will be decided by the Bank depending on the response received from the press notice and the Bank s decision in this regard shall be final. Bank reserves the right to re-tender. 8. Clarifications, if any, may be obtained from the office of the Chief Manager (civil), State Bank of India, Administrative Office I, Patny Center, Secunderabad-500 003. 9. Only short-listed contractors will be issued the Tender Document. (R&A) Act License No. 10 Whether ESI/EPF Norms are complied with: ESI/EPF Registration No. 11 Whether any penalty imposed or indictment passed against the applicant or any case is pending to the items under 9 & 10 above. 12 Details of working hours, contract personnel etc. 13 Whether 24X7 service and support will be available. 14 Number of persons employed: Permanent Temporary 15 Annual turnover (year-wise) of the organization for the last three years (enclose a copy of audited Balance Sheet) 16 Number of supplementary sheets enclosed. 17 Enclose Performance Certificate from previous clients. 18 Give reference of two respectable officers with designations from Government/Semi-Government/ Public Sector Corporation Office with address and phone numbers.
