HR WSQ Framework The Human Resource Workforce Skills Qualifications (HR WSQ) framework is a competency framework developed through a rigorous process of international research and consultation with HR practitioners, industry associations and economic agencies. It was launched in 2008 by the HR Manpower, Skills and Training Council (MSTC), and was updated in late 2010 to incorporate the latest developments in the HR industry. HR Professionals now have greater access to modular competency-based training that leads to the attainment of nationally recognised HR certifications and qualifications. This helps to facilitate career enhancement for HR Professionals. HR Administration Programme for Public Sector Executives (HAPPE) In partnership with Human Capital Singapore, these programmes help to equip Division 2 and 3 officers with the necessary skills to do well in HR in the public service. Course Code : HRQ04 WSQ Support Organisational Events Objectives By the end of the programme, you would be able to: Participate in event planning and setup Identify costs and resource requirements associated with event, including any special requirements of participants, for review by the event manager Develop a detailed action plan, including contingency plans, for review by the event manager Participate in set-up of event and equipment as identified in the action plan Conduct Promotional activities Develop a communication and engagement plan to generate publicity and interest in the event using appropriate communication channels Conduct communication and engagement activities in accordance with policies and procedures Track responses for the event and recommend follow up actions if required Venue Human Capital Singapore Fees $299.60 per participant [Inclusive of Course Fee ($220), CSC Administration Fee ($60) and 7% GST)] Absentees will be charged the full course fee. Allan Koh Has experience with consulting, implementation and training in various organizations including Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Land Transport Authority and Singapore Technologies Group of Companies. Was previously with Mobil Oil Singapore as the Regional Human Resource Advisor and was the Deputy Director of JTC Academy, where he was responsible for operations of Training, Personnel, and the Human Resource Office. He was also involved in organizational restructuring, which included job re-design and restructuring of sales, production and purchasing departments.
