The project is set of layers and components which ITT Consult assembled, integrated and developed some additional software modules in order to put all of them working and to deliver stable complete solution for business needs. The team continues to improve platform whit more modules and interfaces where the target is to be real unified communication support as better alternative of other competitors. The key factor in TANTANAKU solution is flexibility, accessibility and usability. Flexibility Combining our experience in IT (telecommunications and Information systems especially) we are adding unique flexibility to customized TANTANAKU for various use rather to deliver just another peace in IT environment of organization. The main goal of the platform is to be integrated and to cooperate with other IT ecosystem elements in order to assure unified communication processes. Accessibility TANTANAKU goal is the platform to be accessible from any environment without dependency of hardware, operating system, browser or other. TANTANAKU s users could access and start using platform using web or telephone without installing anything in their computers. Usability Platform delivers modules and could be extended or integrated with other applications fulfilling wide area of usability. TANTANAKU solution could be used in different business process without need to have many separate systems and environments. VISION Our vision is that starting a web conference should be as easy as clicking a single button. We believe it should be easy for others to embrace and extend. And while web conferencing means many things to many people -- our focus is to deliver the best conferencing solutions integrating and involving within it all connected Information Systems and services UNIFIED COMMUNICATION PLATFORM

SOLUTION TANTANAKU is delivered as turnkey solution with preinstalled conference server bundle optimized for performance and assuring stability. The System will be configured for a standard use and when there is a need of reconfiguration remotely support team will implement it. Solution will cover requirements and will include next modules and functionalities: Voice Conference possibility each of participant to share video streaming from his camera Audio Conference possibility each of participant to join audio conference (via web or via telephone) IVR Interactive Voice Response to navigate users to conference Whiteboard possibility to upload any pdf, image or Office document as a presentation and to draw over it and see the current slide as the presenter moves through their or appointing something. Chat Group and Private chat with auto-translate option. Desktop sharing possibility to share desktop with others There are list of functionalities which are spread through three main Roles. Viewer: Are users who have no authority within the conference; their primary role is to view the presentation as well as chat amongst other participants. Presenter: Has all the same capabilities as a participant, with the added features of uploading presentations and sharing their desktop Moderator: Has all the capabilities as a participant, with the added features of uploading presentations, sharing their desktop and creating/switching presenter.

FUNCTIONALITY Function Description Viewer Presenter Moderator Raise Your Hand See all Participants Voice conference Watch presentations Public and Private Chat See each other Video Conference See the Presenters cursor The Web Participants window lets you see all the users logged into the current session. Any user can raise their hand to get the attention of the presenter. The Voice window shows all the users that are currently connected to the voice conference bridge, either by calling in directly or using the built-in voice over IP client. The presentation window displays the current presentation Participants can zoom in the presentation using the slider, as we navigated through the slides using the arrow button The Chat window enables all participants to conduct public or private chats. Auto translate in different languages include Share video over the web using a built or external webcam. Multiple participants and a presenter can be sharing their video simultaneously Within the presentation window, viewers are able to see where the presenter is pointing to by the indication of a red circle You are the Presenter Users with the role of presenter appear with a presenter icon next to their name. Mute or Eject Participants You can and un-muting participants in the conference by clicking the icons located at the bottom left side of the module. You can also eject participants from the voice conference by clicking on their name and then clicking the eject button Share any PDF or Office documents Share your Desktop Make a presenter A presenter is able to upload any PDF or Office document. You can upload multiple documents and switch between them during the presentation. All participants see the current slide as the presenter moves through their presentation. As a presenter you have the capability of sharing your desktop with others in the conference. When you share your desktop, TANTANAKU will launch a Java Applet that asks for your permissions to run. You have the option of sharing a portion of your desktop or the entire screen. As a moderator you make anyone (including yourself) a presenter by clicking the participants name and then clicking on the presenter icon. USE CASES E-Learning / Remote education Electronic communication support including e-mail, threaded discussions and a chat room, with or without a moderator; Differential access rights for instructors and students; Lecturers and students do not need to travel to training location; The session could be reviewed latter using recording function Virtual Office Person has access to: his company phone, events, documents and can start meeting with colleagues or customers via conference session from any place via internet or via mobile phone. Enterprise conferencing Make team meetings without using office space, loose time to go somewhere, track events during meeting and possibility to be there when you are on the way through mobile device; Discus and jointly edit text with the team members or share files; Deliver employees training on their working places saving time and money.
