1. Introduction Welcome to ITA's Annual Industry Salary Survey This survey, presented by the Illinois Technology Association (ITA), seeks to provide our members and the Illinois technology community as a whole with an overview of compensation data and trends across Illinois technology companies. ITA reserves the right to provide the survey results to companies it determines are tech companies. We ask that if you are not a technology company that you do not complete this survey. You should reference your company's salary information from 2014 and this survey should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. After submission of your organization s information, including revenue specifics, employee size, title compensation and expected growth, the compiled results will be sent to all those who participate in this survey. The final report will be available in March. Instructions & Notes: Please note that this survey is designed to cover jobs in Illinois only. Please indicate all compensation, both salary and non salary compensation rounded to the nearest $000s. If your company does not have a job with a title at the same level as a requested job, please skip that position. If you have a job with a title at the same level but it is not the exact same title please fill in the information requested for that job. If you have a job that carries multiple titles please choose one and fill out the information for that one title (e.g.: President and CEO, choose President or CEO). Assume that Junior positions represent less than 3 years experience and Senior positions represent at least 3 years experience. Fill out information for all FTEs for which you have salary information. All survey responses will be kept confidential and contact data is not attached to the survey data. If you are returning to finish the survey, simply enter your password. To review the questions before you begin, view a PDF of the survey here. If you have questions while completing the survey, please contact Julie Rekar at +1.312.924.1686 or julie@illinoistech.org. Thank you for your participation! 2.
