E-signatures and New User Accounts

New User Accounts E-signature The creation of a new user account is essentially the same. The only exception is the addition of the fields added at the end of the Create Account page. Any time participants, either new users or existing account holders, answer their secret questions, they must have control of the computer and be able to respond to the questions in private.

New User Accounts E-signature At the bottom of the Account Information page, new users will be asked to answer three secret questions for security and e-signature verification purposes. At this point, new users will have control of the computer to enter their answers confidentially.

New User Accounts E-signature After answering the secret questions, new users will select Create Account to enter their Work Interest and Personal Characteristics self-assessments.

New User Accounts E-signature If new users choose not to answer the secret questions at this time, they can select Create Account and continue with the creation of their account.

E-signatures and Existing User Accounts

Existing User Accounts E-signature When participants with an existing JobReady account log in, and they have not yet provided answers to their secret questions, they will see the following message. They will see this message each time they log in until the security questions are answered.

Existing User Accounts E-signature If they select OK, they will be taken to the screen to input their answers. They then can complete the answers and select Continue. Or they can choose to cancel this transaction and return to the user dashboard. Participants must have control of the computer to confidentially enter their answers.
