In a one-on-one conversation with the client, the position is comprehensively discussed to get accustomed to the organization and to evaluate the role of the (future) manager within the structure and the department. In addition, we spend a great deal of attention on interpersonal relationships to gain insight into what best suits the personality profile. Therefore, we will talk to other employees in the organization. 2 After this, a job profile is established. With this profile, we start with the Direct Search. Our Research Consultants search for qualifying candidates in the market through a professional and discreet search process. 3 In addition, we perform a File Search, from which we personally approach suitable candidates from our candidate database. 4 Finally, makes active use of the modern possibilities of Web Search: an effective online recruitment strategy, tailored to the needs of the customer. 5 All candidates are assessed by our consultants, thoroughly screened, and interviewed by us upon identification as a potentially suitable candidate. Following these interviews, we introduce to you a selection of the candidates and advise you on the recommended candidates for a second interview. In consultation with you, this so-called longlist will be reduced to a shortlist. 6 In consultation with you, the client, it will be determined which candidates will have follow-up interviews and what the rest of the procedure will look like. Throughout the whole process, Van de Groep & Olsthoorn is involved with the customer as well as the candidate, providing support where needed, up to and including the contract negotiation. 7 The chosen candidate will start working in your organization.
