OPS Web Portal The OPS Web Portal is where reports and run from. To access the OPS Web Portal, go to the following website: https://ap.pfprdjp.bt.konicaminolta.com/ Enter your email address and password, then click on Login

From the top menu, click on Reporting You will now see the Reporting screen

Report Console If you click on Report Console you will see the below screen From the Report Selection drop down menu, select the report you want to run

Report Options Different reports will give you different options. Most of them will have a Start Date and End Date that allow you to select over what period of time to run the report over. You can enter or select the date, or you can select the pre- defined date ranges from the drop down menu. Some reports will have other options these will vary by report. Select the dates and make the selections as required. Then click on View Report to run the report

Downloading the Reports Once you have clicked on View Report allow the system a few moments to run your report. Depending on how many devices you have, and over what period of time you selected to run the report, the time taken will vary and can take up to a few minutes. The report will appear on your screen You can download the reports in the following way: Email PDF Excel (CSV)

To Email the Reports to yourself, enter your email address in the E- mail field and then click Send A confirmation will appear confirming the email has been sent In a few minutes, you will receive an email that has the report attached to it in a CSV (Excel) file.

To download the report in Excel (CSV) or PDF format, click on Options A drop down menu will then appear that has two options: 1. Download PDF 2. Download CSV Click on one of the options The file will then download and open on your PC

Scheduled Reports For each report, you can setup to be automatically emailed to a recipient at a set interval. Go through the process of setting up a report to be run, but rather than clicking on View Report, tick the Set Up Schedule tick box at the bottom of the screen

When you tick the box, a few moments later a new set of fields will appear 1. In the Schedule Name field, type in the name that you want to name the report. 2. In the Email address(es) field, type in the email addresses of the people you want the report to be sent to NOTE: Multiple email addresses need to be separated by a semi- colon ( ; ) 3. In the Start Date field, select the date when you want to start the scheduled reports. You can also select the start time. 4. In the Repeat field, select the recurrence options of the report Daily Weekly Monthly Advanced allows you to setup patterns such as the first working day of the week, the 4 th Sunday of the month, etc 5. In the Date Range field, select the range from the drop down menu Last 24 hours Last 7 days Last 30 days Current month Previous month Last 90 days Advanced allows you to setup patterns such as Month Start plus 3 days, etc 6. Click on Save Schedule

To see what scheduled reports you have previously setup, you can click on Scheduled Reports The Scheduled Reports tab will look like this

From the Group Selection drop down menu, select the folder that you want to see the scheduled reports for The list of reports that have been scheduled for that group will then be displayed If you want to edit the settings of any of the reports, click on Edit If you want to delete any of the reports, click on Delete

Custom Reports If you re client requires a custom report from the OPS Web Portal, this will incur a charge to setup, along with the monthly charge for running the report. Please contact the Konica Minolta OPS Manager for a quote.
