School Packet 2016-2017 Thank you so much for taking the time to look over the 2016-2017 CheerVille school training information packet. We know that your time is limited with all of the extra planning that goes into coaching at your school, so we hope that after reading through this, you will see that there are many ways CheerVille can eliminate some of the day to day stress and obligations that go along with coaching. It s a tireless, never ending job. It s a job we all love. That s why we continue to work hard to make sure every athlete s experience is rewarding and memorable. We understand that the best way to see if our gym is a fit for your team is to come for a trial visit. We now have three locations for your convenience! I would like to welcome you to schedule a time that you and your team can come practice with our coaches, FREE of charge. Changing gyms can be a big step for some schools. We want you to feel comfortable knowing that CheerVille is exactly what everyone has been raving about. We want you to know that without a doubt CheerVille would be a great training facility for your team this season. We also can t wait for you to fall in love with our coaches! We have a pretty impressive staff with years of experience from all brands and levels of cheerleading. Members on our coaching staff are USASF, ACCA, TSSAA, and NACCC member certified. We have numerous state and national championships at both the high school and collegiate level. CheerVille always wants to be ahead of the game to ensure every team we coach is fully prepared when they step out on the floor. The CheerVille staff travels to two different conferences in the summer so that we can continue our education and training in what the score sheets will be requiring each season, new drills and techniques for tumbling, stunts, and pyramids for games and pep rallies. Cheerleading is such a creative sport that it is forever evolving. It s necessary to stay on top of rule changes, techniques, and teaching methods.
Weekly Training Our weekly training, consist of two hours for most teams in our gym. We provide one hour of building, jumps, and choreography work for competitions or game routines. We offer the second hour for tumbling with two instructors. You also have the options of coming in one hour or three hours. One hour of instruction is $60 per athlete a month. Two hours of instruction is $70 per athlete a month. Three hours (over two days) is $90 per athlete a month. **There is a $30 annual registration fee per athlete due the first month of instruction. Camps and Choreography So let s talk about camps what camps do you attend and why? Do you attend camp to learn new creative routines to use at half time of ballgames, or do you simply attend so that the team can stay away from home and bond? Think about the money you are spending. You can spend $345 to go away to camp and learn the same routines as everyone else across the country, or you can spend $150 on a CheerVille Game Ready camp and learn three custom halftime routines with music that was only mixed for your school! Our Game Ready camps are two days 10am- 1pm, and during those times you will learn three full halftime performances with cheers and dances that include stunts and tumbling. No more packing half your house up, sleeping in old dorm rooms, and eating cafeteria food for three days. We encourage you to get your money s worth out of cheer camps for your school teams. Another great note, staying home means you need less practice attire and will save even more money! CheerVille hosts other camps your team may be interested in as well. Not only do we have amazing Game Ready camps, we offer Choreography camps, and Skill camps. Choreography camps are designed to give your team the routine they will need if they plan on competing this season. We give you an option of choreographers and dates available. Once your camp is done we will send off your eight count sheets to our music producer to begin your custom competition mix. This is all included in the price of $150 per athlete. Our skills camps are designed like a stunt, jump, basket, and pyramid boot camp. These camps are held over two days 10am- 12pm. This is a great opportunity to come in and get some extra practice time on trying new skills to get ready for the season. Skills camps are $90 per athlete. How great would life be if all you had to do is come into the gym and have everything you need right there under one roof? We can do that! No longer will you need to work with anyone else for routines, camps, practice wear, or competition registration assistance. We ve got you covered! CheerVille can book your camps, provide custom practice gear, and We are also a part of the Nfinity gym program, and can get your game ready and competition shoes directly from the factory. We offer these services to take the headache off of you, and save you money by ordering with our program. Best part is that we make it very easy. Once you sign up with CheerVille, we will sit down and go over your yearly plan. You get to pick the competitions you want, if you choose to compete. You can also choose to add custom practice wear, bows, bags, warm- ups, and shoes. Once we have a grand total I will split them up into payments that will be added to your athletes accounts. They will be paid to the gym. This saves you the hassle of getting PO numbers and waiting on checks from the bookkeeper.. Think about it you never again will have to chase down a parent for money or signatures. You just took a deeper breath, and smiled didn t you? Yes, it is a beautiful thing! Fundraisers Let s make this even easier for you. I promise we can do that! No more handling fundraisers!! We already have fundraisers in place for our athletes at CheerVille, your teams can now participate to help pay for fees that we bill. We offer a new fundraiser almost every month of the season at CheerVille. We participate in cookie dough, Little Caesars pizza kits, Smart Cards, Central Parking, Yankee Candle, Butter Braid Breads, and many more. Some of our families pay 100% of their cheer with Central Parking. It s a great way to work off the fees without having to ask people to purchase things. The money raised will go directly into that athlete s account to pay for fees charged through CheerVille Athletics.
