The Meetings & Events Collection Offer ( Offer ) is available for new meeting or event group bookings consisting of a minimum of 10 bedroom bookings for a minimum 1 night stay and at least 1 meeting room booking to accommodate the number of delegates or attendees with bedroom reservations. The Offer is available for new meeting or event requests only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including, but not limited to, any other IHG Rewards club or IHG Business Rewards offers. The meeting must be booked by 31 December 2017 and held until 31 December 2017. All components of the Offer are subject to availability at participating hotels which are listed on the following landing page: InterContinental.com/meetingsandeventscollection.com To access the Offer the meeting or event planners must quote Meetings & Events Collection when making a Request for Proposal. A Request for Proposal can be made either: a) via the Regional Meetings Centres (as per listed telephone numbers and email addresses on the offer landing page); or b) by contacting the participating hotels directly. All components of the Offer are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed in cash.
The base Offer includes: 1. Free internet access will be provided to all delegates or attendees participating in the meeting or the event on the particular day(s) for the duration of the meeting or the event and is subject to fair usage. Internet connection may be wireless or require a wired connection, and will be available in the meeting room(s), guest rooms and other areas of the hotel, subject always to the availability of relevant facilities within each participating hotel. 2. 1 Complimentary bedroom per night for every 25 bedrooms booked pursuant to the Offer and paid for on the master bill, up to a maximum of 4 complimentary bedrooms per night. The cost of any complimentary bedrooms will be deducted from the final invoice. 3. Bedroom upgrade (Junior Suite or Suite subject to availability) of 1 bedroom per night booked and paid for the meeting or event planner. Upgrade is guaranteed and will be allocated at check in. 4. Drinks reception for delegates or attendees only consisting of local wine, local beer and soft drinks selected by the hotel for the max duration of 30 minutes.
The Offer also consists of 2 options to be selected from each of the 4 options below by the meeting or event planner in charge of booking the Offer: 1. Special attrition allowance: 30% Attrition for up to 50 bedrooms per night, 30 days before the meeting. 20% Attrition for 51 to 100 bedrooms per night, 30 days before the meeting. Cancellation fees apply within 30 days of the meeting starting (The above offer is indicative only and may vary between participating hotels.) 2. 1 delegate or attendee going free for every 10 fully paid, to be deducted at the time of the invoicing and up to a maximum of 10 people. 3. Free airport transport to hotel for the meeting or event planner in charge of booking the Offer (one car is guaranteed and will be booked in advance by the hotel) 4. Free club access for planner, in charge of booking the Offer (subject to availability at participating hotels).

The Account Holder is responsible for ensuring that its receipt of any benefits pursuant to this Offer is permitted by the Account Holder s employer s internal policies/guidelines on the receipt of incentives and applicable taxation policies. Some employers, by policy, may prohibit or restrict employee participation in the Offer and [IHG] assumes no responsibility or liability for compliance with such policies. Participation in the Offer requires prior approval of the Account Holder s employer. The Account Holder is responsible for obtaining such prior approval.
