Chice f Jb and Organizatin: Each team will chse a jb fr which the perfrmance managementsystem will be used. Yur chsen jb shuld be apprved by me befre yu begin t wrk n yur prject. Perfrmance Appraisal Frm: This cmpnent requires that yu design the appraisal frm and ratingschemes. Perfrmance Appraisal Discussin: This cmpnent requires that yu describe hw appraisal discussinswill be cnducted and the lgistics f the meeting. Hw ften will yu meet? Written Prpsal: Each team is asked t write a prpsal summarizing the abve cmpnents f the suggested system.prpsals shuld als include the fllwing: a statement f needs (i.e., why is a new perfrmance management systemneeded?) a recmmended wrk plan, benefits, pricing (bth labr and materials, and pricing assumptins) atimeline, and a statement f qualificatins (e.g., shrt bigraphical infrmatin regarding each f thecnsultants). Team Prject Grading Criteria Yur team prject is wrth a ttal f 60 pints. The grade is calculated based n the fllwing criteria: Cntent (45 pints) - Extent t which yur team s prject meets the requirements described in this dcument. The frmat and appearance f the prpsals are imprtant aspects t be cnsidered. There are minimum r maximum length requirements fr the prpsal. The paper shuld be landscaped, dubled spaced, in 12 pint fnt f yur chice (Times New Rman r Arial are preferred).
